Carly and Oliana booties run half size too large. Bought Oliana black in 7.5, and no 7s were available. The Carly black looked similar in style and I figured the sizing would be the same as the Oliana. A size 7 was available and the fit was good for my size 7.5. Love Cobb Hill in general and have another bootie (Abilene zip) that is size 7.5 and I have the Angelina pump size 7.5.

Out of 6 pairs I ordered these were my first choice. Even though I ordered wide with they were way too narrow. They went back with 4 other pairs. The keepers? Propet Waverly.

I wanted to like these boots... width for my extra wide feet was good and I went up a half size so that I could wear normal thinnish socks rather than the opaque thin knee highs. And I could. Unfortunately the leather at the ankles was higher than expected and the outer zip and trim was inflexible. It rubbed against the top of my outer ankles. Sadly they go back

Very nice leather finish. Pretty color blend across the toe. I like the zipper on the in-step, but the false one on the outside edge makes no sense to me. If you want to add a metal detail there, fine, but don't make it a second zipper. That just seems lazy to me. Otherwise a very nice shoe.

These booties were so cute but too big. Debating whether to order 1/2 size down. Waiting for a pair from Vionic who also make a wide boot but is a tiny bit higher nd might look better with a dress.

I liked these but was looking for something more stylish to go with a pretty blouse in the winter when it snows and I can't wear my pretty flats. Just a bit too conservative but still a bit more "formal" look to them than something like a cowboy boot or typical snow boot. Also loved that the heel wasn't too high.

These boots are soooo pretty, exactly what I was looking for: simple, elegant, dressy looking, soft leather and not rubbing against my ankle. Sadly, they squished my toes. And I don't have wide feet - if anything I have, on occasion worn Narrow styles. Maybe I could break them in but I won't chance it. I hate to have to send them back. Thank you Zappos for making life easy!

The boots seem to be quality made and are comfortable. I took the recommendation of another reviewer and ordered one half size down for this boot and it was perfect. I find that they and other booties I have tried are loose enough around the ankle that I don't feel secure wearing them. I will look for a higher ankle style.

These are well made and sturdy boots. The only reason that I gave them a 4 instead of a 5, is that they stretch out a lot and become sloppy feeling (almost like a full suze larger than what I bought)..

I read the reviews saying these run true to size, but I found them a bit tight across my toes. I might have exchanged them for the next size up but I was leaving in a trip I had bought them for, so didn't have time. I've worn them twice now and they seem a too have loosened up a bit. They are very comfortable to walk in. I was going thru airport security on my trip, and they were easy to get off and on quickly.

It may not be the case for everyone, but I find that the outside of the upper edge (both feet) rubs against the bone at that location on my lower leg.

It is a nice looking, quality bootie. I have a slimmer foot and it fit well. There was just something wrong with the footbed, it was really wrong for me. I instead bought the Faithe style from Dansko.
