The shoes were adorable, and the arch support and heel was good, but there was absolutely no cushion for the ball of my foot so they had to go back. Such a bummer since they were so cute! The top flap also was pretty stiff so I think if I had worn them all day there might be a bruise the first few days but that they would break in after awhile.

These booties were just beautiful and well made. Just did not fit as wanted. Had to send them back

The color was not what I expected and they made my feet look HUGE.

I really loved the way these short boots looked, zippers on both sides (the outside zipper is for show only) and detailing on the top. Boot felt big, regular size 8M, when walking around. Looked well made, just didn't fit my foot well.

Toe bed too narrow. I wanted to like these but had to return due to the fit.

OK style, though the toe seemed more turned-upward (not cute) in person than in the photos. The non-slip soles are quiet on hard floors, much appreciated. The arch support is OK, fairly comfortable. The wide is plenty wide -- maybe a bit much for me, as the heel slipped badly on one side, making these a no-go for me.

I'm too flat-footed to be aware of arch support (unless it actually hurts), but these boots were not what I expected. Size 8 was really big (I rated half size too big, but the boots felt bigger than that). In addition, the shaft's very stiff and it hit my shin. From previous experience I know that would leave a bruise - non-starter. This may be a matter of shifting style - most of the ankle boots I looked at seem to have higher shafts than the boots I have kept from previous years (of course waiting until December to buy boots isn't the smartest move I've made recently). I did like the trim at the top of the shaft.

I ordered the correct size. The problem was the shoe was not flexible in the toe and around the ankle. That is where it was uncomfortable. I do not think the leather would soften up enough to be able to wear them comfortably.

I bought these in a wide but they pinched my toes, even though the length was, if anything, a bit longer than usual for the size. I wasn't too disappointed because there was minimal support on these. Felt like they would be really uncomfortable to spend any length of time in if you are on your feet a lot.

Fit perfectly in the toebox for my narrow foot, even with a thick sock, but the heel slipped with every step. Had to return.

Too long and narrow. But biggest issue for me was that the top part of the bootie cut into my leg when I walked. I think the leather was too stiff to bend with movement.

This cut into my ankle. It's going back.

This is my second pair of the Carly Bootie. First pair was so soft and comfortable I literally walked them until they wore out completely. This new pair is not comfortable at all, and I don't believe is made of real leather as advertised. I have bunions so I need soft leather shoes that will stretch in the right place and that don't rub. These boots hurt my bunions and after wearing 6 times, have not stretched at all. Very unhappy with the changes that were made to the construction materials in this boot. Unfortunately I cannot wear them anymore.

I don’t find the front comfortable. Ankle boots are difficult for me to buy. I got a 7.5 wide because I need a wide toe box but they were too big in the back. Plus like I said the front rubbed against my ankle in front and was very hard. The heel was a little lower than I went fit height.

They felt too big with my foot inside--foot slipped around. There was no support at all.

These boots are so hard, there is no flexibility at all. Felt awful as soon as I put them on. Disappointed since I normally like Rockport boots. Back they go.
