I love these sneakers! I was looking for something in a classic style, but unique. These are a great alternative to Golden Goose, which I love the look of, but they are just the “everygirl” shoe in Malibu right now. I love the lightening bolt, the Ziggy name was not lost on me. Oddly, the vibrant royal blue shade makes it go with virtually everything, like a neutral. The heel area hits very low on the ankle, where even some no-show socks can show, and it’s not as structured in the heel as you’d expect for this style shoe.

I ended up returning these wonderful shoes because I bought a different pair of sneakers (Philippe Model -- Paris sneaker) and they were too similar to justify my spending the money, that said I really loved the way they looked and they were super comfortable (at least standing in them and walking the length of my room a couple of times) and it was hard wrapping them up and sending them back to Zappos. They were the perfect amount of restrained hip and the couple of outfits I tried on with them worked really well. I think they could be worn with just about anything. I was looking for something kind of skateboardy to shake things up a bit for this fairly conservative-dressing 46 year old mother of two and these totally fit the bill for that.
