I love Easy Spirit clogs and have several in Travel Time. These sandals fell off my feet even tho they were my regular size 7N. I'm afraid to go down a size because they just weren't narrow enough and would be too short.

The pink color is putrid. It's not really pink...more of a vomit orange. I tried them on, but never wore them because of the horrible color. Today, when I logged in to return them, I saw there's a new color - blue tie dye. BUT...not in my size. :( Hopefully, the tie dye will be in stock again soon. Because this is the style I'm seeking in a mule.

the shoes had been worn before

Arrived in a generic box with no labels. The shoes were obviously used. The size was not even close to what was ordered. Terrible service. What happened to Zappos?

These are so cheaply made. They started wearing down immediately. It's like they are made out of compressed foam and Just started wearing away. They get so dirty so fast. Disgusting. Constantly having to wash them and that's wth INSIDE only use. Finally gave up and used them as garden sandals.

Much to wide even though I ordered N. Returned and still waiting for my credit.

I wear a 10.5 WW. I trusted Easy Spirit in the past but these shoes are good for show only! Really disappointed with the fact that my feet HURT after walking for 10 minutes while running errands. I now keep them as house shoes to quickly go outside and come right back in… they make really good but expensive dog chew toys!!!

These did not fit or feel like other easy spirit shoes. They seem to run big. They did not have the comfort and softness I expected. The sole actually felt pretty hard. And the front top edge was also very uncomfortable on my toes. I had them on for less than a minute and decided to return them.

I have a very narrow foot and this Narrow size was extremely loose on my foot. If a sandal has straps, I pay to have them tightened/shortened so they fit. Very frustrating.

There was no arch support whatsoever. Felt like I was walking on a piece of cardboard.

I was looking forward to this shoe, but it just wasn't wide enough for my high arch due to extra swelling. I had to send them back. Wish they would make their shoes in WWW width.

Medium width but fits like wide. Too long. I wear 11, these are like 11 1/2

Didn’t fit. Returned your company received on April 21 and I am still waiting for my refund

i was hoping that these open toes would be wonderful for the summer, but i returned them becase i didnt like the fit: they were true to size but they had no arch support and were too flat and looked like house slippers rather than a sport shoe so i returned them. they are a great idea for summer but they have to be modified by either making the heelhigher or provideing better arch support or both

I have worn a size 8 in Easy Spirit shoes for years. During the past three years the fit and the quality are not the same as before.. this Tracie shoe in size 8 was too long, too big on the top of my foot and definitely not a narrow width. My toes came all the way through the front of the shoe. Had to return but liked the style.
