This is a nice product with one design flaw. At the top center of the tongue, there is a loop. Along the edge of the tongue it is very soft, but where the loop connects at the top of the tongue, there is about a 3/8" very hard item sewn inside (metal or plastic), presumed to hold the loop. That 3/8" wide hard area rubs into the ankle causing discomfort. I noticed within 30 seconds. Upon closer examination, I realized that there seemed to be nothing that could be done about it Returned.

I bought these in August of 2023 based on the Ariat reputation for durability in the real world. My goal with shoes I wear every day is for the soles to wear out before anything else. Unfortunately, the stitching in the toe box where the shoe bends came apart after less than a year. I tried crazy glue but now they are just too far gone. I hoped for better from the brand that fashions itself as "cowboy tough."

Very comfy shoe however it does fit extremely tight. I have glued the sole back on multiple and keep coming apart in Different areas.

I found them way too tight across the top of my food to the point it felt like I was losing circulation the insoles feel way to squishy and thick! I pulled the insole out and wore them that way and they feel 100x better ! Less pain the the soles of my feet and not so tight across the top but other then that they fit perfectly! Just way to tight across the top and way to squishy on the feet

These boots are very comfortable and easy to slide on when needed. There is a flea however. The sole's are already peeling apart after 1 month worth of daily wear.

My husband wears these daily and I would say he puts more hard miles on shoes than most but all the seams blew out. This seems like a quality issue.

Shoes look great and are well made. Unfortunately I never got to wear them since the EE width was not a wide at all. More like standard width. Disappointed and had to return them for my money back.

Very comfortable and I love the support they have ( I have rheumatoid arthritis in both knees and ankles), but I have owned these shoes for less than 6 months and the leather on the top is already wearing out, this is very disappointing considering how I swear by Ariat's brand of shoes (the support they give and the amount of years they last)

Had to return my shows due to not fitting, and this process take too long. I cant reorder in the correct size until I get my refund, and they tell me that will take 14day. So infuriating. It is 2023 Ariat, these processes dont need to take this long and you should be able to create processes for easier exchange.

I gave 1*'s because I couldn't even get the shoe on to evaluate it. From the picture of the shoe, it looked like it had a small zipper on top of the shoe. Alas, it was only a decoration. Because I have a wide foot and high instep, i could not slip my foot into it. I would not have ordered if I had realized it did not have a top zipper.
