This review is more about the customer service being that there isn't anywhere on here to leave a review about this so I'm doing it here. My wife purchase these boots and they were supposed to fit like sneakers but they definitely do not, so make sure you get atleast a half size smaller. Anyways I sent mine back over 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received the replacement shipment. So I called and after being on hold for an hour the customer service lady was rude and straight lied on the phone. This is sad because I myself have used Ariat products for quite some time and I also recommend there products to all of my employees but this ended today. Ariat I know I'm not your only customer but if this is how your service agents treat people your gonna start losing more.

Great product. I got these as my station boots for running med calls in the fire service. The whole boot stands up to the abuse that I put these though, from cleaning the station, truck, hose, and training, the toes of the boot holds up great from being on one knee or both knees while working, the heel also holds up great from getting them using the other foot. Haven't tried to put a shine on them yet but I'm sure they will shine up nicely

These are the most durable pair of work boots I've ever owned. Waterproof with a carbon toe and still very lightweight.

True to size. This my second pair of Ariat boots, but first time with Turbo Chelsea. So far so good. If they hold up like my regular Turbo daily wear boots they will be great. Can't say enough good about them.

These are hands down the best work boots I've ever owned. The fit is perfect for 13 wide, they're waterproof below the cuff, have excellent traction, and have held up. Personally, I recommend adding a second in-sole, but that seems to be the case with all of my Ariat boots. They're also super easy to put on and take off.

I'll start off with the good. The soles are flexible and very comfortable, they are warm, dry. The upper half of the boot is soft and flexible. Putting the boot on is a bit of a chore like the opening just isn't big enough, I'm sure that will loosen up with time. Now for the bad. The toe area has (in my case) a bad design, the composite toe rubs against my toes to the point that it's painful. I have worn the boots for a few weeks now and really no difference. I have stopped wearing them and now back to my tired worn out costal boots. I would have returned them after the first day of wearing them but the policy says no returns after being worn. So even with some nice features these are the worst boots I have ever had and really disappointed. Gave it 2 stars due to sole and flexibility.

Just got these a couple weeks ago and liking them so far. Broke in quick in just a couple day of wear. These boots are comfortable for all day wear. Hope they hold up well over time.

Definitely a quality made boot. The only reason I'd go 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact you can feel the line of the steel toe inside of the boot. So it gets uncomfortable after hours of wear. I personally use them more as a snow/rain boot then a work boot. I have gotten plenty of compliments on the way they look as well.

Couldnt be happier with these boots. Purchased these to replace my boyfriends footwear. He is a mechanic so needed something safe but comfortable and these definitely delivered. The size guide was also super helpful to ensure a perfect fit.

These boots are comfortable and warm. Great support I have spend a whole day working in the barn and feeding the horses and my feet are warm and dry !

Most uncomfortable boot Ive had. Very stiff and hard to break in the ground breaker is far more comfortable.

Very comfortable and looks great! In my opinion, these run big. I wear 11-1/2 or 12 in most shoes and found the 11 to be a perfect fit.

I've had these boots for a few weeks now and love them! 1st day wearing them I had a 14 hour workday and feet were not sore at all at the end of the day, that's pretty rare with boots. being a slip on style boot the ankle area felt a little tight at first but I'm used to Wellingtons which come up above the ankle. after a couple days of wearing these though I am either getting used to the feeling or they are breaking in a little because I hardly notice now. Great boot!

They look great. When you arent moving they are comfy. I work in the film industry doing construction. Has to buy new boots because these completely chewed up my heel. I havent worn them since.

Tight calf fit hard to get off when it matters most. Great boot but calf needs to be slightly bigger. Especially for the wide people. Being a firefighter these need to come off quick.

Great water proof slip on shoes for working around the yard

Great color and fit !! My husband loves how they are easy on and off. I will say we needed insoles for these not sure why but it seems that Ariat does not think about the long term standing in a work boot.

Not enough ankle support. If you're a Wind tech, I do not recommend these boots.
