Boots are extremally comfortable, but are really hard to pull on and to take off. The side pulls are nice but really needs one in the back to help get my heal in.

The left boot fit and felt slightly loose, the right boot felt a size too small. I had to look and make sure it was the correct size.

Size and fit feel fine. Boot tends to produce a weird odor on my socks by the end of the day but they are comfortable. The sales rep that helped me was a great customer advocate and very cordial even though the inventory was very limited. This boot was not my first choice.

For it to be 10W it could have been wider at the top , I’d asume that if I’m asking for the size to be wide it’s because my foot it wider than normal and needs extra space. I struggle to put them in and take them off because the top of the boot it narrow

Too loose and wide foot slides when walking but if you want extremely thick wool socks the slip is bearable

Fits too small

The boots were returned. Unable to comment on the comfort or arch support because these boots marked as size 11 D were so small I could not even get my foot into the boot. I’m a size 11 D in all my footwear including boots, running shoes and all other options.

Worst shoe I have ordered from this site period. It is a shame that I paid any money out of pocket for these.

This is my 3rd pair of work boots that dont fit.. Wish these boots were true to size.. Such a pain with the returns..

Wide width was narrower that a regular boot in the same style and numeric size.

I think this boot has been manufactured incorrectly for the size. I bought this boot for my husband in a medium width; he was able to get the boot on but felt just a tad too narrow, so I bought this boot from Zappos in a wide hoping to correct the fit. He couldn't even get his foot in the wider boot. No fault of Zappos - just in the manufacturing of the item.
