Customer Reviews UGG Insole Replacements

These insoles came in a box with no indication it was shipped by UGG. They do not have the UGG label on the heel. They appear to be the same as the "UGG" insoles sold on other websites, which have received terrible reviews. When I called because I wasn't able to fit them in my slippers without destroying the sole of the slipper, I was told they were not made for slippers and there are no replacement insoles for UGG slippers. They aren't advertised for boots only and I'm not the only person online questioning the authenticity and/or quality of these insoles.

bought lamb insoles for uggs and they were thin and flimsy, the rims were frail and bunches of lams wool came off. they flattened out in a few days. bought some knockoffs after that for a third of the price and they are much better in quality and shipped quickly. the uggs insoles took 10 days to arrive.

i bought these once and was very disappointed in the quality and lack of comfort. would not buy again, would not recommend. nice idea to have replacement sheepskin insoles but there must be better ones than these even if you have to go to a different brand than UGG

You can not place these into the classic ugh boots , the original ones do not come out only see these being used maybe in my snow boots

I expected so much more, as a longtime fan of UGG. This time, the product was SOOOOO bad. Plastic soles. Cardboard insides. I was super disappointed, Looks okay on the outside, but the insides are not the same.

I have worn UGGs for years and years, buying many new insoles. The quality has been deteriorating for years, but this pair was the worst. Within days, they were completely flattened and thin. I think I'm finished with UGGS.

the insole replacements are not as fluff/dense as the insoles that are in a pair of slippers when you first buy the shoe.

New liners feel great but fur quickly flattened out and is a bit lumpy feeling.

The inserts aren't as soft as the original, and the wool is clumping already. Other than that, they are keeping me warm. Thanks!

I haven't been able to order the sole inner pads and I was disappointed. But I will keep looking to see when my size is available. My boots lost their fluff and I really loved having the fluff under my feet.

Second time buying this. Your picture clearly shows an UGG logo but the insoles received do not. Do you actually have replacement soles with the logo on them. Neither of the ones I have ordere do.

I didn't like the insoles. I put them in my Hunter Heeled Rain Boots for comfort and the insoles didn't make the boots comfortable at all. I was looking for insoles for comfort and arch support. Hunter didn't have any socks or insoles so I was hoping UGG would have some and they would be a good alternative; but I was proven wrong. I even asked the AI chat agent if they were a good choice for the boots and it said they were. I don't know why I trusted AI; I should've known not to do so.

can't wear uggs with these inside. not enough space in the toebox with these inside.

They only work for specific products. Terrible with the slippers. Will be returning.

I couldn't take the old insoles out of the boots, so the new ones went on top of the old ones. I wore them off and on for maybe 12-15 hours total. They look like I had them for a year or more. Not the same quality as the original ones. Very disappointing.

Please go back to the old inserts these ones are complete trash and what's with the bottom ? Like the sole of a shoe please go back to the original design if it ain't broke don't fix it!

I remember when slipping into Uggs felt like stepping on a cloud. Buying the inserts meant reviving that feeling. Not anymore. Clearly not the same. I would buy them again, but only because the slippers cost so much.

I think I would of loved them if only I knew that not all ugg boots have removable insoles. There was no way to remove the original insoles. I even tried to put new insoles on top of original ones but it made boots too tight. Now I have new insoles but of no use to me.
