The fit is great. Roomy toe-box. The arch support is moderate, I wear an insert and they are very comfortable. I pronate a bit. The moderate support is a bit sleeker than my typical Brooks shoes with more arch support.

I'm very happy with these inserts. I bought them to go into a pair of boots that I ended up returning, so I put these in my old boots, and they really help keep my feet warm (and are nice and squishy too, for additional comfort). I would buy again. (I wish they made an insert that was open for the front part of the foot, so it could insulate the top of foot, top of toes, and have the full bottom liner connected too - since the top of my feet still get chilly).

I have classic uggs that are 13 years old that I have been wearing a lot more since quarantine started. I finally bought these to revive the insole and it was a great fix. Buy 1 size down if using for ugg boots (so for size 8 uggs, get a size 7 insole). The classic uggs do not have removable insoles but it works to just place these on top of the worn out originals. Highly recommend!

I had no clue these existed and am SO happy to have found them. They are easy to slide into your shoe/boot/slipper and don’t move around. It took a day or two of wearing the insole in my slipper for my foot to feel comfortable, but that happens when I buy a new pair of UGG slippers as well.
