I didn't expect the insoles to have a heel in them. I thought they would just be insoles.

i ordered these for my boots specifically because they're pre-cut to size. no complaints in that regard, the size 8 fit almost perfectly in my size 8 boots. however, these insoles aren't nearly as comfortable as i first thought they'd be. i don't like too much support in my insoles so i didn't really mind that these have none. due to chronic foot pain i prefer a soft cushioned feeling underfoot but that didn't last long with these insoles. other impressions: they were cut really sloppily around the edges, which wasn't noticeable once they were in the boots but when i took them out of the package i thought they must've been made by a child in a sweatshop (!!) the quality also seems questionable but the top layer of shearling isn't synthetic, at least... overall disappointing, but i can't return them since i already wore them in my boots

I bought these insoles to replace the ones in my favorite UGG slippers to give them more life. Not even a month later they started to fall apart and smell absolutely terrible (I don't have smelly feet). Finale not worth the money.

I have Dakota slippers that are over 10 years old now. I finally bought some new inserts as mine are very worn. All I can say is the quality has really gone down and it's noticeable in the replacement insoles. It appears to be a lot of foam with the fur glued on, not a genuine piece of sheepskin with leather bottom and "Ugg" tag sewn in, like my originals. Too bad!

After six plus years my slippers were still cozy but the liners had lost their fluff completely. They got a lot of use during Covid! I didn't even know I could simply replace the liners instead of buying a whole new pair of slippers. Now that I have these fluffy inserts, the slippers are like new with the advantage of being fully broken in!

I was very pleased to learn that there WERE insoles for my UGGS. They did feel somewhat tight when I first wore them, but I'm breaking them in. I wasn't sure HOW to insert them, though. I thought they would REPLACE the current soles and I thought perhaps the old soles would peel off and the new insoles would stick on. But, no.

I replace the insoles of my slippers once a year. Like new again.

These insoles saved my boots!! My boots were in great shape on the outside but the the fur inside was worn down and lost the fluff. The new insoles made my boots like a brand new pair again! I even bought a pair for my slippers so they are like new again too!!

I put these in my Keene hiking boots and now they're perfect!

I am so glad Ugg offers these so I can fluff up my well loved shoes & slippers!

I have very wonky feet. I have Plantar Fibromatosis and a neuroma. This came on fast last year and all my cute shoes went out the window. To my surprise, Ugg boots fit perfectly. They have been my savior in the winter. It has something to do with the wool insole. It moves to just the right places, allowing me to walk as comfortably as possible. I got the idea to see if they sell insoles as well. Again, I couldn't believe it. There they were. I stuck them in a pair of tennis shoes. Now I can wear other shoes as well. Thanks you so much UGG!!!

Not sure what the complaints are about. These are thick and super soft! It’s like having new slippers!

I can know use my two pairs of slippers for another year.
