The wide width purchased was not a true wide. Please make a ladies bootie in a true wide width or xtra wide.

Runs small, I ordered a 9.5 wide which all of my other Arita boots are, and I couldn't even begin to get my foot into these

Very uncomfortable. I have been wearing Ariat boots for ever, always comfortable. Not these. Tried to wear them inside to break them in, had to return because they hurt my feet so bad.

I have several pairs of Dixon because I just love that bootie!! and I just purchased the lizard print ones, and was so excited to pick them uplet's just say this is my first disappointment with Ariat. They were so ugly I was not sure it was even the correct bootie! I did not even leave the parking lot with returning them! So upsetalso they scuff with any little bump to them!

Awful fit. Can barely get them on. I have high arches and boots (with heels) usually support them, but not these. Boo Ariat terrible job!

I was so excited to received these boots; I ordered ones and they are gorgeous. How ever, I have been unable to get my foot in, I have tried so hard but can't do it. I am 7.5M with ALL my shoes and boots and 7 for sandals. I wanted to wear them so badly but now, I have to return them.

I absolutely loved these boots. Both of them have become unstitched and this wire popped out. I called customer service and filed an online complaint and haven't heard anything. I've owned so many pair of Ariats over the years and they have lasted for years. I've had these maybe two months! They are the cutest shoes!!

I ordered these as a Christmas present and they arrived damaged in several places. I sent the pictures to ariat and got an email stating my case was open. It's been 3 weeks and haven't received any help or even a call.

I am so sorry, I just LOVE these boots but there is a very offensive odor that is very prevalent from these. I have tried to air them out for two weeks, but even still, just touching them puts the smell onto my hands. I have no idea what it is. I contacted someone for help to find out how to eliminate it, but no one contacted me back. Of course I will try you again with another kind. Thanks so much for the refund.

I'm not normally a cowboy boot person and this boot is not going to convert me. There isn't one thing about it that felt good. Stiff, and weird fit.

I so wanted to love these because of all the colors available, but the arch of the footbed felt like it ended under the heel of my foot. The whole boot just felt weird. This is second Ariat style that has been a total fail from the very beginning. What is going on, Ariat? Your boots have always fit so comfortably right out of the box. (The other "fail" was the "Lovely" boot with the inside zipper.)
