I absolutely love the boots! Did not love the shipping at Christmas. The customer service was not helpful at all and the boots barely arrived on time. I sent an email request to speak with someone and never heard back.

My favorite color is pink and these caught my eye immediately. They go great with skinny jeans or a cute dress. Ive gotten tons of compliments on them, and in true Ariat style, comfortable from the first minute I put them on my feet.

Nice looking short boot but very disappointed with color. I ordered powder pink but theyre more of a pepto bismol pink. Color is not same as online and it has bright / hot pink stitching. Boots arrived with a small black mark / damaged and were in a ratty box like someone had tried them on and threw them back inside. Unfortunately Ill be returning them. I would also suggest ordering 1/2 size up since its a pointy toe. I wear a 7M in Ariat riding and cowboy boots but a 7.5 M in this style.

I couldnt even get these on my feet and then to top it all off. I couldnt get in touch with anybody to return them or to order another pair or to see if you sell them in wide. Im very disappointed and I would really appreciate it if somebody would return my phone call Because I needed these for Christmas Eve and now Im stuck without a pair of black boots. Thank you. Hinted actually looks like on the soul somebody else wore them, which also upset me off

Worst customer service ever . Over 30 days still have not received order.

I called 3x same day set on hold for 20 plus minutes each time only to get a recording asking for my phone number and someone would return my call. That was on Dec 5th. It is now Dec 7th and I have not heard from any Ariat representative. I am very disappointed and had a horrible experience with this company. I own multiple pair of Ariat boots. The product is good but the customer service is horrible. They need to fix their customer service system.

These are super cute but really tight even when I ordered up a size. I was able to stretch them out with leather lotion and ice bags but it was a bit of work. Once they were on, they were comfortable and easy to wear.

ARIAT!!! Absolutely will not buy anything but this brand. My entire family love this company. From boots to clothing, ARIAT is our first and only choice. Best fit and looks bar none!

Barely have worn these boots, but a few handful of times, and they have grown mold on them. I called customer service and was told that there's nothing that can be done with the boot. Very frustrating and disappointing with Ariat!! My first and last purchase from you all

In a nutshell: these boots are narrower than other 7C Ariats; they do soften up quickly; the high heel is surprisingly comfortable for long wear; they dont have the ankle support usually found in boots because of the cutouts, they feel a bit like a pump; very classy looking; very versatile; expect compliments! I ordered my standard size of 7 wide. Even with thin socks the boots felt quite narrow- like a 7B instead of 7C. I was going to return but the leather soles stained when I walked around my house ( yes, I need to scrub my floors, but summer!) so, I decided to give them a try and give them to a friend with a narrower foot if they didnt work. It turns out, the boots are breaking in quickly! Wear with a very thin sock, perhaps hosiery. They are very attractive and versatile. I wore them with a dressy pantsuit to a wedding, where I saw them paired with a skirt and also with jeans. The same boot three ways- thats a winner! They are an investment but I hope they will last for years. The cutouts make these feel more like a pump than a boot- you dont get that bit of ankle support. They are very beautiful though, and look great with almost anything. Im in Montana so I will wear them for anything from church to court to dinner at the local pub. Its hard to find dress boots in a wide width. It would be nice to see additional colors in wide. Scandinavian feet like fun colors too!

I bought these in pink. Although they are adorable it is the first pair of Ariats that hurt my feet. Very stiff and not much padding on the sole.

I received the Dixon stars and stripes boot in time for the Fourth of July. Super comfortable, lots of compliments. Great looking boot. Bummed that the red color on the toe was already wearing off when they arrived, however. So only 4 stars.

Well made, good quality, leather is a little stiff initially. Good stitching. Found leather sole a little slippery until worn a few times.

Love this boot! It's so stylish and comfortable. I did size up due to the snip toe, and it fits perfectly. I got the haute pink suede and the color is beautiful, just as pictured. The only fault I could find is that the booties have absolutely zero traction due to the bottom being completely smooth, so you just have to be careful.

This bootie was everything wanted but struggles to find the correct size. I have wide feet and high arches. Reading other reviews on using the size guide I thought I had ordered correctly at an 8.5 wide. It took 2 returns to settle for a 9.5 wide. It is still a bit snug, I'm hoping they stretch out quickly. I wish all the women's boots came in wides.

Not a fan of the side slit. I want to wear a sock but even a low one can be seen.

I was questioning the size, I normally wear a size 7.5 or 8 but considering this boot didn't have a shaft I wasn't sure on sizing. I went into boot barn to try on the 7.5 and 8 before I order the color I wanted online. I tried them on with a nylon type thin ped sock because that's what I wanted to be able to wear with them. The 7.5 was too small and the 8 fit perfect! Ordered the color I wanted in a size 8 and sadness. The 8 fit like an 8.5 it was HUGE! I had to add a gel insole which fixed the issue and made them comfy. The original insole is a bit hard and the shoe takes some breaking in but does have a good arch support!

Love them! I thought they would be tight which they are a little but Im breaking them in and they are so comfortable!

These are super nice boots! I have two pairs, black pair and brown pair. The brown ones, took a little time to break in. The black pair was spot on, no breaking in. The bottoms are slippery, heads up. Idk why Ariat didnt put any grippers on the bottoms of the soles. I actually slipped up one day and fell. I fell and got up gracefully but my butt was sore for days. I ended buying some grippers to use on the bottoms. I do get TONS of compliments on these boots. They are stylish and compliment any outfit.
