First, they're too small and too narrow. Secondly, the logo is very ugly. But most importantly, they just HURT. I used to be a huge fan of New Balance, and I don't know what happened. Their shoes seem to be incredibly stiff and uncomfortable now, and even after a few months of regular, normal wear, it's only getting worse. It's so bad that I started having metatarsal pain, and it *only* happens after wearing this pair for any period of time longer than a couple hours.

Shoes arrived in a plain box no info labels. Shoelaces were all apart. Obviously a return that was not handled properly the first time.

I like (and need) the NB sneakers with the full round toe sections (such as NB#515, 574). These NB#608's are shaped narrow in the toes like shoes and so are way too uncomfortable and tight. Also these supposedly 10.5 NB's are as small as my other size 10 NB's! ~So why would I want sneakers that are shaped like shoes anyway??

I ordered a size 9 4E width and received a 2E width instead. Seemed to fit OK so I kept the order.

Side blew out in 6 months. Material becomes matted and dirty quite easily.

Ordered size 9-4E extra wide. Shoes were marked 9-4E. How ever they were to narrow and had to be returned for a refund.

Garbage shoes. We buy NB because the brand’s wide sizes fit my son well. Unfortunately, the shoes always fall apart quickly. This model in brown suede has been the worst we’vecseen. I ordered two sizes. One fit, the othervslightly too big. Ended up keeping both because the sole of the first pair startedvflappingnopen, and the toes developed holes before I could return the first pair.

Awful shoes. Like clown shoes

I've bought both 990s and 608s for years. And just like the 990s, the 608s are now horrible. They are heel spurs in the making. There isn't sufficient cushioning on the bottom so don't get this if you have problems with your feet. Why in the world would New Balance take a good thing and ruin it? It makes absolutely no sense. I'm now trying to figure out another brand to buy. After trying 4 different styles of New Balance, I'm done trying to find something comfortable that fits. So disappointing.

Shoes didn't last 6 months, toes fell apart, poor craftsmanship

Size was fine. They are comfortable. They are also extremely heavy. Literally when doing activity (eg jumping rope) it’s like having weights on your feet. Life is too short to wear shoes this heavy. The material is also such that if it gets wet, it never looks the same (bad). I usually buy shoes once a year at the most. These will be the first shoes I have ever gotten rid of without wearing them out. I think I’ll buy them at the store next time.

It felt like there was a manufacturing mistake. The reiht shou just never felt right.

A hole developed in the front part of the shoe near my toe. This happened with another New Balance sneaker I ordered through zappos.

I’ve been wearing 10&1/2 4Es new balance for roughly 25 years. You sent me two pairs of shoes. These are not 4E.

These shoes are far, far larger than size 16. That is; my guess is they are at least two sizes too large. *single star--only because no star(s) was not an option.
