The leather is SOOOO soft, and the footbed is the perfect amount of squishy. There isn't any arch support, but I had to add an insole to take up extra width, so that wasn't a problem for me. The width was crazy wide on me. This is the 2nd pair I've tried (the first was too short) and both were wide, so I don't think I just got an "off" pair. I had to size up to get the length right, and as I said, they were way wide. Even with an insole pulled from another shoe that included an arch support, there was still room for my finger. The shoes are so soft and comfy though, I'll keep the insole in and wear them.

I have a wide foot with a high arch and these fit really well and are comfortable. The leather is soft and pliable. I’m quite pleased with these shoes.

These are my favorite shoes. I’m going to buy them in both colors. They go with anything - dress them up or down. They have a small amount of grip on the bottom that most flats don’t seem to have. I rode my bike everyday to work and these have been perfect for that. BUY THEM. You won’t regret it.

These shoes! They're amazing! Soft and comfortable from the first moment I put them on. They are casual enough to wear with jeans, but nice enough to wear with chinos/slacks for work. I used to wear ballet flats all the time, but felt like I wanted try something a little more modern and stylish, but still in line with my casual vibe and these fit the bill perfectly. I plan to buy them in more colors. I'm a size 8 in most shoes though sometimes am a 7.5 in some brands, and the 8 fit perfectly on me.

These are fabulous shoes! They fit me perfectly, and the leather feels like a glove. The style is contemporary and low key. I don't see a single opportunity for improvement.

I loved the look of these shoes, and what SOFT leather and such a comfortable sole. I am a regular size 9 consistently, but these not only felt a little too long, but also too wide. My heal didn't slip out, but it felt like my foot was swimming around in the shoe. I have a relatively narrow foot (but have never had to order a 'narrow' size.)

The leather is nice and soft on these shoes. They are very comfortable and I think will become more comfortable as I wear them more. Sometimes flats are too narrow for my feet and these are not. I like the style, a little more modern and different than the standard ballet flat.

When I first put these shoes one they were very tight. But wearing them around the house for a few days stretched them out sufficiently that they now fit comfortably. I recommend going with your usual size and then just bearing with the discomfort for short while because the leather will definitely stretch.

I loved the shoe have tried to wear them 5 times . Some days it’s my right heel some days my left. I wore them for the first time out the door February 3rd to Walmart and half way through the store I had to walk on back of shoe. Not even 30 minutes into walking my heel was killing me. I got home and really looked the shoe over and found why. They sewed a small piece of elastic about half inch on the back and I can’t break the shoe in after 5 try’s. Today I can’t wear any shoe or run cause it takes 7 days or more to heel. Had that piece been satin maybe feel better. I thought I might cut it out then ask myself then what? So not sure I can ever wear these. Will show photo if they allow.

These were snug out of the box, but leather is soft, so I took a chance that they’d conform to my feet, which they have. They now fit like they were made to my exact measurements. The 42 fit my size 11/11.5 feet. If you like a lot of cushion, though, you won’t like these. These feel like a ballet slipper (without the toe-cleavage issues).

These are my favorite shoes! The look a little like bedroom shoes, but they also feel like them! Totally worth it.

These shoes are so soft and comfortable. After wearing a couple of times, the leather has stretched a bit and my foot slides in them wearing footies. They are comfortable with a bit thicker sock. I am normally a solid size 9. They feel like 9+, not quite a 9 1/2 but a little loose for a 9.

Gorgeous! (I bought the pink.) Soft leather. I would have loved to keep them but the other reviewers are correct: They run large! All but in the length. I know if I sized down they would hug my foot nicely but jam my toes. I thought they would fit like the Miz Mooz Carmena, which I also have and love. Same size, but these are bigger. Sad because I love them! But they're going back.

I loved how these looked but didn't keep them. The 38, which is usually what I wear, felt a bit tight in the toe area and I couldn't be sure they'd stretch enough for comfort (possibly 7 months of pandemic footwear AKA espadrilles and Birks have caused my feet to stretch and flatten out a bit). Ordered the 39, which felt way too loose. Loved the look and the red color, and the little bit of cushy padding, so much.

The shoe looks good and is comfortable. They look extremely worn in a short time, perhaps all leather shoes have this issue. I wouldn't buy again.

Comfy but squeaky! Comfortable right out of the box - no breaking in necessary. Stylish for dress up or down. The only issue is that one of the shoes squeaks when I walk. Right out of the box, it squeaked. I wondered if it was my foot's position in the shoe but when I took it off and inspected further, the shoe makes the noise upon bending with or without a foot inside. It's disappointing as I'm wearing them at work and can be heard coming from around the corner. This wasn't something I expected for a shoe of this quality (and cost). Great style but noisy.

Wow I really love these shoes. I bought them as an everyday office shoe. They are incredibly comfortable right out of the box. I’ve been wearing them for a week now and no blisters or rubbing at all. The support level is minimal at best, but that wasn’t what I was looking for. The footbed is very comfortable and I feel like I’ll get a ton of wear out of these.

The leather is soft and supple. But the fit is just a bit odd, for my foot anyway. I have a narrow heal (often have slippage), and prefer a roomy toe box so my feet can splay, and let's be real, I really don't want bunions. So while the length *seemed* perfect, there was just something off in the toe box. It was maybe slightly too narrow, but mostly it felt like pressure from above, like the height of the toe box wasn't enough. Even with soft leather that would stretch, I didn't like the feel of it. I was hesitant to go up another size and risk swimming or heal slippage. But the 40 (a size I've never worn) works in this shoe for me. The elastic in the heal does rub a bit. But the shoe overall is lovely, even if proportionally odd. I'm sure it's to do with the style - a cut out/lack of laces, that would otherwise serve to keep it on your foot.

Same issue. No half sizes so toes were smashed. Not the cutest shoe either. Great color. Kind of old lady shoes

Comfortable shoes. Decent support for standing 10 hours a day on concrete.

I loved this shoe. It was a convenient slide in flat that goes with everything. Unfortunately I had to return the shoe because the shoes were previously worn.

Super comfortable!

The fit was good to start but as day progressed became too tight.
