This shoe is very cute, but that’s about it -the shoe is difficult to get on, the sole is hard, very little cushion, and the underside of the tongue is roughly, sloppily cut, and scratched the daylights out of the top of my foot, painful. I have literally dozens of pairs of New Balance and love them, but this particular shoe is not good.

I have a hard time finding athletic style shoes that don't push on the top of my big toes leaving them sore after wearing for an extended period of time. I have had some luck with a wide size in a different New Balance shoe but I'm not crazy about the style. I loved the color and style of these but the fabric was really stiff and uncomfortable. It's a weird almost sweater type knit but not soft. The toe was still a little shallow for me, even in the wide. Main goal - looking for toe room, had to return.

Cute shoes. Ordered for my granddaughter and she likes the fit and style.

THE TONGUE DOESN'T OPEN ALL THE WAY. COULD NOT GET MY FOOT INTO THIS

Until this shoe, I have never worn any shoe all day that did not cause end of day aches and pains. I wore this shoe from morning to late evening on a walking tour. I loved these shoes so much that when I left my new pair on our cruise ship, I ordered another pair as soon as I got home. Don't really know what makes them so good, but I am a believer.

I was worried at first because I had trouble putting them on and they seemed too small. But once they're on, they are super comfortable and were comfortable to wear all day.

I've worn only NB walking shoes for years, size 9 wide. I couldn't get my foot into this style -- too tight through the tongue and laces area.

I had to return this shoe because it was impossible to get on. The opening for my foot to go in was too small. The tongue was stitched too high and I couldn't adjust it. Too bad because they looked nice.

Couldn’t even get my foot into the shoe. The tongue placement is weird and it’s too short, so it doesn’t fit like it should. I would not recommend these.

Nice, I use this for walking and are comfy.

New Balance are usually my go-to as a nurse for work, but these have zero arch support and my feet were killing me after 2 hours. Luckily I got these on sale for a great price. I would not recommend unless you have flat feet.

This was supposed to be a wide shoe, but my daughter couldn’t even get it on her foot. Something weird with the tongue design, but it doesn’t open wide at all.

I bought this because I need wider width shoes. These came out of the box feeling cheap and low quality. There is little to no arch support and it didn't feel like the wife width I thought I was ordering. Unfortunately I will be returning and trying again.
