Osprey has always made fantastic packs from lightweight hydration packs to multi day backpacking packs. This did not disappoint. Very light weight hydration pack. Works great is breathable, has tons of pockets, and good suspension. I love the magnet feature on the water bladder hose which clips the drinking part to the front of your bag by your chest and makes it really easy to grab and put back. As part of the water bladder I thought it was great having the hose detach from the middle of the hose which is towards the top of the pack which eliminates spilling or leaking really.

I've yet to use an Osprey product that I don't love immediately. Wore this half marathon training and it was great!

After a year of use I really like this product except for one BIG issue that destroyed the user experience. It fits well, has convenient pockets and is easy to refill. The problem is that it leaks. The mouth peace leaks (tried 2 and the second one lasted 2 weeks before it started dripping again making me practice acceptance) and then the bladder leaked. Maybe I just have bad luck but o can only speak from direct user experience.

I got this through another retailer and was really considering getting the Duro 6.
However, in reading this page I find Osprey is lying when titling 1 liter as a 1.5 liter carry capacity (S/M option). Considering one of the few issues I have with this vest is the too small back pocket, I am unhappy.
People get sued for false advertising.
Considering what humanity is facing, I am not going on a crusade. I just not going to buy Osprey if I can. 50% less product then advertised is not acceptable.
I would love a honest public reply for your company's decisions.
