My husband has a 14 4E size foot. He has orthotic inserts that worked well so as not to have his hip ache. I am happy when his feet are happy; he says it's like he's not wearing shoes at all. Thank you!!

These shoes fit just as expected and provide the support and protection for my feet that I needed. Dunham makes great shoes that fit my wide feet, they are well made and last, and they perform well on and off trails.

Sturdy but comfortable Shoe that accommodates my bunions. Unfortunately the soft mesh uppers are pulling away at the ball of my foot on both left and right shoes!

Seems like a decent shoe just didn't fit me well. If the top of the shoe had less of a curve, might have liked these

Nice looking shoe and very light. I ordered this shoe in a 12 4E and it fit more narrow than the other 3 models of Dunham shoes I own. I am returning this pair and purchasing a second pair of the original Clouds. If you don’t have wide feet, I’m sure this is a nice light pair of shoes.

The size seem to run small. I thought they would stretch slightly and I would be OK but the haven't. I can't wear them for a long period of time without some toe pain from the size. Width and and support are fine

These shoes worked well for me in terms of fit but I am very disappointed that the life of the shoe seems to be only about 3 months. After three months, the inner covering is coming off and the mesh on the top of the shoe is deteriorating to the point that socks are visible. When I pay upwards of $130 for a pair of walking shoes, I expect them to last longer than three months.

The mesh upper is well vented but is too fragile. It wore out after about 4-5 months of daily walks, mainly on city sidewalks.

Wides are very wide. Usually wear a 4E and I could step out of the 2E's in this model with no problem. Material felt very light, which can be good for a hiking shoe, yet these felt a bit flimsy.

Let me begin by saying I am a woman and I have problem feet. It's extremely hard for me to find shoes I can wear, let alone shoes I can hike in. My most recent go-to shoe was the New Balance Leadville, which (in typical New Balance fashion--it has happened to me time and again when I find a shoe that works)--the Leadville was discontinued. I usually can't find women's shoes that come in wide enough widths and with enough depth in the toe box, so I often order men's shoes in size 8.5 4E. I have arthritis in my feet (hallux rigidus) and wear prescription orthotics. When I saw that Dunham now offers a lighter-weight shoe billed as "a versatile outdoor sneaker that can keep up with your favorite trail" I decided to give it a try. I typically hike about 8 miles daily (4 miles twice a day). When I tried them on and walked around the house in them, they felt pretty comfortable. There is some slippage in the heel and it's hard to tighten down the laces enough to prevent that without putting uncomfortable pressure on the top of my feet. Also, the toe box is not as roomy as I would like--especially in a 4E width. The true test of the shoes was to wear them out on a hike. About halfway through, I was ready to rip them off my feet and go barefooted. Very painful and disappointing. For my next outing with the shoes, I decided to try them without my orthotics. Not perfect, but much better! If you are like me and have problem feet and prescription orthotics, these may not be a good choice. We'll see how it goes. Meanwhile, I'm continuing my search for a replacement for my NB Leadvilles.

I wear orthotics so I add support to all shoes. The materials in these shoes are poor, mine are already falling apart.

The toe box was tough on my big toe nails. I lost one and the other "came back from the purple". Othotic insoles helped, but bottom line is these have been relegated to work in the yard and garden.
