I am on my 2nd pair of FF2 now and I have to say these shoes are incredible. Extremely comfortable, great fitting shoes with exceptional traction. Almost zero twisting and easy to change directions. Lightweight and they look great too. This is coming from a previous ATP and current high world ranked senior player that plays almost every day. Love their service too. Goodbye Nike for good!

I recently purchased the Court FF Novak to replace my Speed FF 2 shoes. There is ample room in the toe box. Yet they still secure my feet with the extremely comfortable monosock. They feel light underfoot and give me a complete sense of security when moving laterally and turning on the court. The flytefoam provides exceptional cushioning. The upper is well protected and demonstrates little to no wear. They are well ventilated to dissipate heat. I am very happy with this purchase. The shoes look great and perform like the best tennis shoe should.

I particularly like the fit. The support it gives to my feet is very good. The looks form whatever angle is simply awesome. Im happy i chose this over my previously preferred brand (adidas).

On a totally different level to anything else I have used. Supportive and responsive like no other tennis shoe.

First, let me say I love the fit of ASICS Tennis Shoes.. They are the only shoe I can wear on the court. However, I have never been wild about the colors. Finally the Court FF Novak comes out.. Great Color Scheme and Great Fit. It took me more than 3 months to get it because it was always out of stock.. I finally get the shoe and try to purchase another pair AND they have discontinued it!!! What are you doing ASICS!!!

I have been wearing Nike's Vapor line for the past 5-7 years. I was happy with the light, nimble feel but they were a bit "mushy" and it felt like I had to work hard to cover the court. I am a big guy (6'2" 210 lbs) and I play a power baseline game. I am a 4.5-5.0 level and I tried the Adidas Barricade prior to the Nikes but they felt heavy and a bit like hiking shoes. I have always toyed with trying Asics because I know a few good players that rave about them. Then I saw Novak switch and I had to try them. Wow. Great lateral stability...it feels like every ounce of energy I exert is translated into momentum. They are so "springy" it feels like they are helping me run. I have just been wearing them on my walk to work to break them in. I will follow up with a play test after my match on Friday. So far, so good....so, so good.

My only regret with this shoe is that I didn't immediately buy a second pair because my size is already out of stock. This shoe is sturdy, with a wide base, but it's also light and very comfortable. I've struggled with foot pain in the past and have typically had to use an insert in my tennis shoes to help. Last week I played for 4 hours two different days in these shoes and my feet felt great. I highly recommend them and suggest you get a pair before your size is sold out.

This is my 2nd pair of ASICS Novak(s). The key benefit for me is the extra ankle support that this model has. I attribute this support because the tongue is a single piece integral w/ the upper. Durability is reasonable. Comfort and weight are also reasonable.

Probably one of my favorite shoes for tennis! However, if you are a hard court slider, just beware of how short the shelf-life is.. shoelaces are super thin and inside guard can get torn easily from sliding

Only major issue was the traction. The shoe is very slide-happy. I would go as far as to say the traction is quite bad. The rest of the shoe is okay.

I provide a lot of information below. I've looked at the "Court" shoe on other players for years, but I always went with the Asics "Speed" line and the lower price-point that goes with the Asics "Speed" line. So, I was on the fence for many years, and I want to share what I experienced with my first pair of "Court" shoes. I gave the "Court" 4 out of 5 because of one small item I mention below. It's not a reason to pass on the "Court", but it's an honest issue I have and it's an item I read about from others (on other review sites), and I do hope Asics fixes it.
After six years wearing "Solution Speed" through progressive changes and improvements, I recently tried the "Court". In a way, I was forced to move to the "Court", as I could not find a "Solutions Speed" in my size through any of my usual tennis stores (online or physical retail). It's very similar to the "Speed" and I can't say that I notice that it is a slightly heavier shoe. The weight difference is nominal. The upside is that I feel like my foot is more firmly locked into the shoe and there is greater lateral support as compared to the "Speed". I've read some complaints from others that the shoe is too narrow for their foot, but for me it fits just perfect; perfectly snug and locked into place. I notice greater stability, comfort, and foot protection near my toes. The "Speed" is a little thin and lacks structure in the toe-box area. I've always felt that about the "Speed", and occasionally, the nails of some of my toes took a beating if I was in a match with many points that took me from full (side to side) acceleration to rapid stops upon meeting the ball. The "Court" shoe does offer greater protection in the toe-box and I have not experienced this wear-n-tear on my toes going from full sprint to sliding stops.
I do have one small issue. I mentioned this at the very top; the reason I did not give "Court" a solid 5-star check. I've heard about this same item through some reviews I read prior to purchasing the "Court". This only occurs on my left foot. On the inner side of the ankle joint, just above the joint (medial malleolus), some part of the shoe rubs and has caused an abrasion through my sock. It's a small targeted spot. I don't lace my shoes too tight either. And I've experimented to lace tighter and looser. I don't think it's the rubber outer shell of the shoe. There's something about the height or shape of the inner-sock liner in that one area. My outlook is that either I'll build a small callus in that area, or if I get another pair, I may need to make a small cut to the area in anticipation of possible abrasion. If that goes well, the upside of the "Court" outweighs this one small item.
If you're on the fence between "Court" and "Speed", I'd say you should evaluate how often and how intensive you play. I am in my fifties and play 4-5 times each week. I'm replacing my shoes around 2-3 months based on feel (cushioning) and not exterior wear. I play only on outdoor hard court surfaces all year around. I'm an all court player and I cover all parts of the court. I'm playing both singles and doubles and I sprint for all drop-shots and lobs.
I also have the new "Solution Speed FF2". I was able to somehow get a pair right when they came out and before this whole backlog of Asics shoes in N. America began during the first year of Covid. The new "Speeds" (FF2) have a bit more of the lateral stability found in "Court", as compared to the old "Speeds". The new "Speeds" feel better in the heel, but the toe-box area is still just so-so. If you play intense and drag your toes for sliding stops, it'll mean something. They ("Speed") are comfortable and you can feel assured that they are the lightest shoe in the Asics family, and last time I looked, Nike and Adidas each had one shoe that was close in lightness, but lacked the quality that you get with Asics. Full disclosure, I used to be a runner and the Nike shoes breakdown super quick and do not come anywhere near the quality and durability of an Asics (running and tennis) or Saucony (runner not tennis).
Overall, the "Court" is a slightly higher quality shoe with a bit more stability over the "Speed". I can't compare directly to the "Resolution" model, as I've only worn that model of Asics once and it was a number of years ago. The "Resolution" was too heavy and felt restrictive for my style of play. I think the "Court" really builds on the "Speed" model with the inner mono-sock component and a slightly more durable exterior.

Caution: This shoe runs narrow! If your feet are on the wider side, I would not recommend these shoes. Other than that, I like everything about them. I returned my size 10 for a size 10.5 and the fit is better, but ideally, it would he great if they made these in a wide. I do like the mono sock fit the feel of these she's on the court.

The shoe seemed high quality, very solid construction. Unfortunately I have a very wide fore foot from hallux rigidus and require a wider toe box. This shoe was so narrow I couldn't fit my foot in. Had to return, not the shoes fault but if you have wide feet you may want to try something else.

The shoes slide. If you learn how they performs the shoes can help you with your movement.
I would like to see theses shoes with clay court court soles sold in the US, especially in the southeast.

This is my third pair of the ASICS Court FF 2 Novaks. I use them primarily on outside Pickleball courts. I love the fit and tackiness of the soles on outside courts, but the soles wear down more quickly than I expected, otherwise I'd give them 5 stars.

Shoe is heavy, it's not lasting more than 4 to 5 weeks and does not come with any warranty. I would not spend such a lot of money for a show which lasts only 4 to 5 weeks and a heavy shoe compared to all other shoes out there

People should know the tongue of the shoe is built into the shoe itself, not separate like most tennis shoes. It makes it a little challenging to get on. Once it's on though, it feels good and secure.

I am hard to fit and need some space in the toe box, with a snug enough instep, and not too deep a heel box. This Novak tennis shoe was comfortable with the first two needs, but was deep in the heel and my ankle bones were hitting the shoe too hard. The shoe was a nice style and fairly lightweight.

Inside top of shoes wear holes from players sliding and dragging toe on hard surface courts. Shoes wear tops before sole is showing signs of wear. You need to reinforce inside tops or sell some type of toe cover to protect the tops of shoes on hard surface for advanced players

Like them, but they run a bit too big. Will have to purchase insert to make them fit properly.

My second pair of these. They feel slightly different from the 1st, a bit narrower. Perhaps that's a matter of getting worn in. Overall however I really like the fit and the support, and they are great on both clay and hard courts. I wish they came in a wide version like the Gel Resolution 8.
