Returned. The material of the shoe is so hard I didn’t even try the second show on. Otherwise exactly as pictured.

Do not order this shoe. I ordered a year ago and couldn’t wear because of the smell. I thought they’d air out. One year later they still stink up an entire meeting room. Am too embarrassed to wear. And they slip off my heel. Terrible and expensive. My first real miss w Zappos. But a big one.

I have two pairs of these pumps both in suede. They are soft yet durable and gorgeous. They go with virtually every outfit in my closet. They instantly elevate any casual look to be dinner ready. They are also incredibly comfortable for me even with spinal issues. And I stand 50 percent of my workday at a standing desk. I find these to be the most comfortable pumps I have ever owned. I gave one less star for comfort because they are pumps and that is not the ideal comfort shoe. I wish Zappos carried more of the suede colors. I like quick shipping.

I read other reviews and ordered a half size down. Perfect fit! Great mustard suede color. Very comfortable.

Great shoe great color and style. I purchased mustard color perfect w/blue dress ordered size 11 because size 10 & 10.5 sold out. I agree w/other comment shoes Squeaking had to put powder inside shoes .

Very pretty shoe and nice fit. But had to return because they squeaked so loudly it could be heard from another room. Sounded like ducks quacking with every step. Maybe it's because I ordered the patent leather, but the noise factor was pretty hilarious.

Beautiful shoe, and heel height was perfect. However, toe box was too tight so I had to return.

Shoe looks beautiful. Much too wide and big and no softness or "give". The minute I put ONE shoe on and stepped on the carpet the squeaking began. Unreal!! Just like the people said. It is strange.

I love Kate Spade but DO NOT BUY these shoes. big, sloppy. I wore them unfortunately so can't return. Just awful.. turns me off the entire brand (at least shoes--never again!)
