Shoes are amazing, comfortable and beautiful except for this defect in the material right on the top of the shoe. I emailed cust service weeks ago but have not gotten a response.

The stitching came out after just a couple wears around my house & to the store. Customer service is terrible! I have been going back and forth for about a week trying to get a resolution. So disappointed in the lack of quality for such an expensive product. Going back to Toms.

So very comfortable! On my feet all day with no problem!

I still have not received my shoes but the money has been taken out of my account 2 weeks ago. Tried to track my package but USPS doesnt show any tracking info. As of right now, not happy, and have emailed customer care with no response yet.

The first time I wore them, they made a huge blood blister on my foot, which is still sore after more than a week. I am not able to wear any other type of dress shoe/boot to work until this heals up. They are very light & very soft, and would be a wonderful shoe, if I could wear them....

Shoes were not correct. We kept them anyway. Didnt want the hassle Quick to take my money but order took way to long to get here

I still dont even have the shoes yet. They were supposed to be here two weeks ago. Probably wont even be able to have them for the Christmas gift I was giving my daughter.

shoes were too small and i tried to send them back,but they would not take back for in store credit.instead they rejected my return and sent shoes back to me. no phone number available to reach heydudes.

Do a better job of targeting the right audience. Im a guy and you advertised a womens shoe I might like. And what woman would wear a shoe called hey dude. Just be better as a company.

I was told by my doctor these shoes were good for flat feet. I could tell as soon as I put them on, that wasnt the case. They felt like I wasnt wearing anything, no support. And the return process was a headache since they didnt provide the return label, you have to do it yourself.
