They sent me a complete different color of shoe than i ordered

Definitely not worth the money. What a scam

Very disappointed the return to exchange

If you are unsure at all don't order as they don't offer exchanges. Wait and go to a store so you can see them in person. Not customer friendly at all.

I love how lightweight this shoe is. Great spring/summer shoe with one exception. They do not make half sizes, so I was encouraged to purchase the size up which is now is way too big on my foot. This shoe stretches a little over time. Now I have a pair of shoes I spent nearly $60 on and they are way too big. I even tried adding an extra insole, but it makes the fit very awkward. I wish I had purchased a size down since there was no half size. Very irritated since it took wearing them twice before they were too big, and I cannot exchange them.

I love the shoes. I have a pair for me, two for my husband, and just recently ordered 4 more pairs, two of which are for my kids. The youth size ran really small so we needed to return them, but there is no customer service phone number, so I emailed customer service and they didnt respond for over a week, and then my 7 day window to return them had expired before I knew that I needed to print a label and return them. Then I received confirmation that they received the shoes I sent back but I have yet to get any return or any email clarifying what the next step is. So, my daughter is still waiting for her shoes and I am still waiting for them to process my return and give me my money back. Awesome shoes, terrible customer service.

Very uncomfortable, stretched out after first time wearing. Not worth what I paid.

When I tried the shoes on, they seemed to be super comfortable. Sent them back for an exchange almost 15 days ago, and have not heard from them. Trying to get ahold of them is a hassle. Wish I could write a better review! Hoping to get them soon! Also size down!

I wish I would of bought Wallys. This shoe is not right and uncomfortable.

I cannot rate them at this time so please get back to me. My son would give his much higher stars probably 4 or 5, but me no. I have had to send mine back to yall for a different size so I haven't been able to even wear them yet. I would love to get them back. Patiently waiting....

Bought these shoes for my daughter. They were covered in a fiber. Looked almost like hair. The long fibers came off but rest stay on shoes. They where smashed looking also. Like they have them in a box with trash or something, pick them out and ship. Was quite displeased with purchase.

The shoes we received were not at all what we expected and we were definitely not happy with them.

I am not one to ever leave reviews, especially negative ones. However, I purchased 4 pair on Black Friday and it took 3 weeks for me to receive them only had 3 pair in the box and was told.. oops sorry, yea those didnt get out in the box and they are sold out so pick another pair (that are all sold out) or we can just refund. Its frustrating to wait that long and then due to their negligence I am out the shoes that were a gift. My family loves Hey Dudes but I would just purchase from Buckle before J would waste my time going directly thru Hey Dudes. There are also other brands now that are just as good, too.

Never got my shoes nor no one ever getting back to me as I emailed. I will continue to flood their email until they get back to me. They got back to me right away when I asked a question now that it's a question wondering were my shoes are nothing. And in all my emails I'm nice. The shoes have been sitting in the same spot since the 5th of Dec. FedEx said it's all on heydudes so be nice to talk to someone.

These shoes are cute and lightweight but the first day I wore them they rubbed my ankle. I could not even wear them correctly the whole day. I turned the heel down and wore them as slide ons to get through the day. I think they need more cushion on the heel. Maybe I got a lemon pair :(

They ripped on my first wear. Activated and will not repurchase.

It was to small and your customers service did not want to help me change it so I gave it away

Nice shoe. But mine rubbed my heal and also my daughter had same issue.

I bought this pair as a gift to my girlfriend and it didn't fit in. I am returning this pair, if you have the same colour and model, I would like to have it in size 7. Thanks!

I'm not very happy with my purchase they rub hard on my heel and for the money they look sloppy
