Expected more everyone talks about them and I didn't find any support in the Wendy shoe, it felt like I was wearing slippers. Would I order these again ...no unless a diff style had more support.

Runs big. Unclear instructions on how to make a return. I'd love to try another size (and a different color, don't love the navy- looks faded and dirty) but not sure I'll get that luck.

The size I bought was. 6 but they fit more like a 7, so they flop when I walk. Not sure if it was the material that stretched but they look cute in the closet:shrug::skin-tone-2::female_sign:

I ordered a ,9 my regular size. Way to small very disappointed. Don't think I'll buy any. I was excited to try them but experience was ruined. Lynette Johnson

My family and I love these shoes and will buy more in the future. But it took 2 months to receive my order. During those two months I attempted multiple times to contact customer service with very little response.

I ordered a size 8 and was so excited to get them. Got my package, open it up and they are size 9. Too big for me and I went back to check my order to make sure I didnt accidentally hit size 9 and nope I ordered size 8 but got sent 9s. I gave them to my daughter and Ill just go buy some somewhere else because I cant trust I will get the right size. I love hey dude shoes because they are comfy and stylish. Im on my feet all day as a special educational aide and it definitely is nice wearing cute but comfy shoes.

wanted to love these because my husband raves about his pairs, but I just cant. They are oversized and really wide, even with socks, so my feet constantly feel like theyre going to slip out. And wearing them triggers my plantar fasciitis and makes an old fracture hurt again.

I know its the holiday season and all but I paid extra for the 2-4 day shipping and it has taken almost 2 weeks for me to receive my item. Shouldnt be an option in the busy part of the season if it cant be met. Im a very loyal customer and understanding, I love hey dude shoes, just very frustrating.

I ordered grey they are more of a khaki color, definitely didn't get grey

Not grey like I ordered, came with a stain on them.

The website needs better description of these shoes. The sizes are very difficult to get correct and after ordering 11 different pairs Im fed up. Still need return labels, cant get through to customer service!

Love the shoe, horrible customer service. Doubt I'll purchase from them again just because of it. :rolling_eyes: I was extremely patient but after 3 weeks of no response from emails, to Facebook messages to trying to find a number and call.

I have several pairs of these shoes and love them but this pair is not true to size. They run small. Not impressed

I ordered my hey dudes around black friday... Got my shoes and I 9rdered the wrong size, so I immediately emailed the link for customer service. They emailed me back saying they would look into it...still haven't heard back about exchanging, so I still have the ones that don't fit.

I love Hey Dude shoes, this was the first time ordering them online for a Christmas gift for my daughter. Was disappointed that they were shipped without a box and I ordered grey and they look tan. Ill stick with purchasing them from a retailer

They were nice shoes but the left one was 1/2 inch shorter than the right. I had to give them to my daughter who was ok with them.I had got the stretch ones and they were great.

The shoes I ordered I didn't get. It was like they didn't even look at what was ordered. Wrong color and size... They were supposed to be Wendy Yellow Anise size 9. And I recieved Wendy Grey size 7. And didn't even get an sorry for the mess up. Just send a picture and we will credit you......

Bought them to wear to work. They are not an eight hour on your feet all day work shoe

I am returning them today. The website said go up a size if you wear 1/2 sizes. So I went up a size and they are too big. The next day, that was gone from the site & it said go down a size. After trying them on I can see that these shoes have ZERO support, so would not work for me.
