These just don't live up to the hype. They're so wide they slip off my feet and you cannot tighten them. Also the pair I received were HORRIBLY frayed

No rubber on the sole. Look cheap , no traction

I have about 10 pairs of Dudes now and for some reason the Wendy in Rose color doesn't fit as well. I'm disappointed that the elastic ties on this particular pair are shorter than normal, which causes it to dig into the top of my foot. This is uncomfortable and makes the shoe feel tighter than it should. I'd like to see if Hey Dude can send a new pair of elastic to see if this makes a difference.

I bought these in yellow and the shoe feels great on my right foot but not my left o don't know if it was sewn a bit different or what but it hurts my left foot to wear these so I don't wear them often. Bummer because they aren't cheap.

I ordered the shoes as suggested for half-sizing, they were too little. I sent them back over 3 weeks ago and am STILL waiting for my refund. I have sent emails to them, no answer. I am not impressed with the company, business-wise based on their customer service. However, I did order 2 pair of shoes at the same time, the other pair fit perfectly and I love them! I REALLY wish you had half-sizes available!

Love the look and feel, but they were way too big. I wish there were half sizes available.

The insoles break down too quickly. I have over 15 pairs and I do still love them but the insoles could be made better for longer wear

I was really excited about these shoes for many reasons, first because well I wear a size 10.5 womens and then they came if I was excited the look /design/material look great. But if you dont know its almost impossible to find anything in that size so not surprised they did not have a 10 or 11 when I first got on in November....but wow I honestly did not expect the actual brand website to not have a pair for 5.5 months later. After reading reviews everything said if you wear a half size to size down, so I did and boy of boy was that not a huge mistake! Plus I have a narrow foot so it truly was just the size and as someone who wear a half size on a normal basis I have NO IDEA why anyone would recommend to size down, I mean seriously Im hesitant now if an 11 will even fit! I sent a return request in via email two weeks ago and was told I would get an email back saying if my request was approved or not...still have heard nothing from them. The shoes as a whole look great and my husband loves his I was able to get him but the companys ability to actually get sizes in/or made is honestly absolutely ridiculous. At first I checked the page every other day, after 6 months I only check it once a week and they never have big shoe sizes for their popular shoes they advertise.

Very comfortable but very big, and I even went down a size. There isnt much to the material At all . If they fit right it would be a great shoe, not worth it for the price

The only issue when I recieved the shoe there was a stain on one of the shoes with something hard like glue behind it. I reached out via email and didnt hear anything back so I finally called and they sent me a shipping label and would then issue a refund once the shoes were returned and I could purchase a different pair. But noticing most shoes were sold out in my size and that was really just a hassle I went ahead and kept the shoes...about 20 minutes with a soft brush and oxiclean I was able to remove the stain but spending that much on shoes I would have preferred them without the stain or a little bit better customer service for the hassle.

I enjoy my shoes, but they are very flimsy. They are quite comfortable but I would find more comfort in them if maybe the shoe and not the sole part was more durable and not as flimsy. But they are cute, stylish, and comfy at the same time!

I love the shoes but I had ordered two pairs and only received one. Then it took them about a month to send me another pair and it was not even the same shoes I ordered.

I love the shoes but they really stretch out fast!

Pretty big and too loose and I sized down

Sent a message that we ordered the wrong size and had removed the tags before finding out they did not fit. We never got a response back from the company letting us know if they could still be exchanged. Very disappointed with the customer service.
