I ordered grey and they came in tan. The fit perfectly. But only three stars because they gave me the the wrong color. Havent contacted customer service, didnt want to have to deal with customer service so just ordered a second pair which were kinda grey. They were more grey but still had a little tan in them still. So both became my outside yard work shoes and work shoes.

Very comfortable, but they look more like a tan then a grey.

Was told by the website to get a size up for a more comfortable fit but they where way to big and they dont even fit my feet

My review is solely based off my customer service experience with this company. I ordered a pair of shoes and never received them. I reached out and was advised that although DHL showed delivered that there was a known issue showing shoes had been delivered even though they had not. I was asked to give DHL another week to allow time for delivery. I waited the week without a problem. Eight days later I still hadn't received anything. I reached out again and was asked to wait an additional time frame for the shipper. I was fine waiting again. Now almost a month later, still no shipment. I reached out and was advised the shoes I had ordered were no longer in stock. I was told a refund could be provided. Ummmm I want some of these shoes??? I was so blown away at the lack of empathy and options from the chat rep and at this point I was now irritated. I advised the rep of this, who then gave me the option to select another pair but insisted that the shoes had actually been delivered on the original date. Mind you, I work from home and definitely did not miss a delivery. Additionally this was the THIRD rep I had worked with. So incredibly frustrating. Needless to say I ordered a pair.. they are sitting in the box they arrived in. They are not the color I wanted. I'm sure I will wear them. Eventually.

They true to size, comfortable, not as soft as the sox style. The one thing I disliked was the color, they supposed to be gray but they more of a khaki color. I didnt return as I would had lost tbe shipping cost.

I think the color has very green hues to it which makes it look "less" grey. I also wish these came in half sizes for comfortability.

I received the wrong color and when I reached out to customer service they said they were having a problem with the colors. The guy was super nice but beware that they might be a different color.

I just wrote a email finding out how to exchange the shoes for a smaller size. On your website it said to order up a 1/2 size but are too large now. I hope they can help.

These were not grey. They were tan/beige even though the tag does say grey. Tan small but again with durability this along with another pair are my first pair. I was very disappointed with the color.

The shoes were a Christmas present for my daughter. She opened gifts on the 28th of December and the shoes looked exactly like she wanted but i apparently got the wrong size. I have tried to contact Hey Dudes 3 times to try and exchange the shoes. When i tried to do it myself on the account it wouldn't let me choose that order bc i ordered them a month before Christmas (To be sure i had Christmas done on time) Apparently you can't do anything after 30days which to me is ridiculous at Christmas time bc when you have 3 & 4 kids to buy for and being teenagers you have to order a month and 2 months in advance to be sure everything is in, in time. So i have emailed several times and still haven't heard anything back except an automated message. I only want to exchange them. I do not need a refund. You get more prompt service through Amazon & Ebay. Shoes came in a timely manner and my sons Hey Dudes were a hit and he loves them. But if i can't get some help i will not order again from this company.

Shoes were fine but the color is NOT gray at all. Its definitely more of a khaki or taupe ish color.

I was disappointed in the color. It is more taupe that gray. The tongue is puckered (unlike my other pairs).
