why they are extra wide is beyond me, I have worn them twice so far. they light, comfy, run a little on the small side for size. and extra wide for width.

I received a pair of Wendy Chambray in White Blue in my typical size (7/38) after careful research. I really, realllllly wanted to give the pair five stars. At first, I thought they were a nice fit, but after wearing them for only a half hour on my coffee run, I realized that they were too big. I don't think I can even return them since they would be considered "worn in" plus the tag is already off. I have never been that disappointed as a customer in my entire life and must wait until Monday (today is Saturday) to call the customer service about it. As a newly experienced and very disappointed customer, I have an important advice first time customers....when putting them on, feel your feet on the shoe cushions and ask yourself if you feel the "bump" right between your toes and metatarsal arch. If you do, hen the size is a perfect fit. If you feel the "bump" right under your metatarsal arch or your toes, then they are too big or too small, respectively, for you. I certainly learned my lesson!

I love the shoes I ordered. They were my second pair of hey dudes. I am not however happy with Hey Dudes customer service. When I ordered my shoes I noticed that I could also get replacement insoles. I ordered 2 pair of these hoping to rejuvenate my old pair. I mistakenly ordered a mens size 10 rather than a womens size 10. Hey Dude refused to allow me to return for exchange for the correct size.

Did not care for the look

I was super excited to get these shoes, I love the style and the color, but when I tried them on one shoe fit different then the other. In fact one feels too tight to wear. I may have to send them back.

I love the lightweight of the shoe and the visual appearance is beautiful! Unfortunately the comfort isnt there for me.

These shoes hurt my feet after I have been on my feet for 3+ hours and I thought they would support and be comfortable all the time

The shoes were very tight across my instep. Because no half size was avilabe, I ordered down and maybe should have ordered up, although I'm not sure a longer shoe would have made a difference with the instep problem.

I wear a size 8 but Hey Dudes sizes run big so the 8 was too big for me. I tried a 7 and it was a tad too small. Wish they came in half sizes.

Before buying the shoes, I was warned ahead of time to get a size smaller. I did but they are still too big. I have to wear thick socks with them to fit. Despite that, I love the look and they are very comfortable!

I was so excited to try these shoes but when I got them, they were way too wide for my feet. I'm hoping they will refund my money or allow me to exchange them for a narrower style, if there are any.
