I followed the recommendation of several posters and bought a half size up. I ordered an 8-1/2 and it was way too big. Thanks to Zappos I was able to send them back and get an 8 instead. The 8 fits perfectly and is so comfortable and cute! Looks great with jeans and slacks.

I normally wear a 7 or 7.5 depending on the brand. Originally bought a 7.5 but it was too big, so I returned it for a 7. Zappos made the exchange super easy. The shoes are very cute and comfy so far.

I was going crazy after these were sold out everywhere. They are super comfy and the leather is soft. Based on the reviews I thought it would be to big for me since people say it is TTS and I had to buy half sis up because my real size was sold out. I’m glad I did. It fits perfectly fine. So I would definitely go up half size.

I have been wanting these mules for a long time! And they have been sold out everywhere. Finally they got my size in white and I swooped them up. I originally tried on in store (diff color) to see my size and I’m glad I did. I’m usually a 7 and I needed a 6 in these. They are getting more comfortable as I have tried breaking them in. Spraying a little water on them has helped loosen the leather.

These shoes are very cute and just as pictured. Unlike other reviewers I thought these mules ran very big. I have other pairs of Sam Edelman in 9, but this shoe was at least an inch too long in the back. I’ve returned them for an 8. I’m usually an 8 in mules and 8.5 to 9 in other shoes, if that helps.

I usually wear size 8 but alway go half size bigger in a mule --and once again perfect fit! best mule out there ! Nice Soft cushion foot ! love these

I bought these two years ago but the style is a bit different this season. My last pair were true to size, while these are about half a size too small. The top also goes further up (toward my leg) my foot and while not uncomfortable, it is not as comfortable as their last edition. Overall, I like them enough to keep them, but preferred their last version.

I originally ordered an 8.5 based on reviews to size up - the shoe was too big. I decided to order an 8, which fit, but as I walking around the house to see how they felt, something from inside the shoe yanked on my toenail and it wasn't pleasant. Also, I didn't think the shoe was worth the price - it seemed cheaply made.

The leather was okay. I wanted it to be higher quality and softer.

I almost always size up half a size so my heel doesn’t hang off or look like it does. These are cute shoes. BUT the woven part rubs against the tops and sides of my feet and it hurts. So I’m returning them. I love Zappos.

The interior top was very rough. Returned.
