These shoes (in blue) are so cute, but they were not wide enough for my daughter. I tried several sizes and none were wide enough for her to easily get her foot in. They fit very differently than other New Balances we have had. Also on one pair, the velcro was too short and only fastened halfway across, which looked very strange.

Quickly discovered that the tongues of the shoes were not completely attached to the body of the shoe, slide around, and almost completely pull out. The area around the toes are peeling off, all in less than 3 months of wear. New Balance are usually great shoes, we have been wearing them for years, so this is disappointing.

Purchased a wide and received a wide but the strap isn’t long enough to cross over the wide foot when in the shoe. Only enough strap to go about an inch across which didn’t seem secure. Such an oversight in the manufacturing. Disappointed because my daughter loved this color and otherwise fit great.

These shoes were not worth the money. They barely made it a week before we had to buy a new pair. They smelled and looked horrible after only two wears.
