Got the wide width for my son's giant flat feet. Good Arch support

Somewhat hard to get on without tongue folding in. Once they're on, they're good. Definitely not a good shoe for AFO's.

I ordered the wide and they are too narrow for my child's feet. The elastic laces are pulled extremely tight with no way to loosen, and there is no give in the area on top of the foot. Unfortunately can't return because I broke the elastic on one of them trying to loosen it. If your kid has wide feet, these are not a good choice.

My sons loves these shoes. I was a little hesitant at first because of how high the back of the shoe comes up. I was worried it would rub and he would get blisters, but he hasn’t had any problem. He doesn’t want to take them off and says they are so comfortable. If he is happy, I am happy.

This fit and are holding up well. I wish the Velcro clasp was a little longer since it won’t go all the way across to latch.

This is an attractive shoe that my 8 year old son liked. He has been wearing the 455 style for about 6 months in a size 3w. Those still fit but he needs a back up pair. I ordered a 3.5w in the 455v2. It fits in length about the same but is really tight around the heel. Didn't work so returning.

Fit and looked great! Unfortunately, after only wearing for a little over month, they started tearing up, badly! It’s really unfortunate they don’t make shoes like they used to. I won’t buy this brand ever again!

This is the 2nd pair of this specific New Balance I have ordered for my son. He says they are super comfortable and likes the velcro feature. However, this is also the 2nd pair that he has gone through in less than 3 months. The fabric up by his toes does not last and both pairs have holes in the fabric where his toes have worn completely through. He needs wide shoes so we typically go with New Balance but I can't keep buying him shoes every three months.

Too tight in width. Usually order New Balance x-wide width, but sadly none in correct size were available. Wide just is not wide enough!!!

Fits my daughter perfectly. She loves the easy velcro closure. Hopefully the velcro holds up better than Nike brand shoes.

Love that New Balance has velcro closure in larger sizes. My son loves the color and I love the convenience! Nice lightweight shoe.

These are the only shoes my son will wear. He is a skinny kid with the widest feet. These shoes last long too.

Purchased these shoes for my son for back-to-school in wide width. The length of the shoe was TTS, however, it seemed tight/more narrow in the heel/ankle area. Very stylish shoe, but just too tight in the bad part. Had to return.

These shoes have worn very well, every day by an active Kindergartener who loves to run!

My son started outgrowing his school schools and I had a hard time finding anything local in his size. Zappos save the day. He doesn’t have to continue wearing shoes that he outgrew. He said he felt taller and the shoes are comfortable.

My son is super picky. He has wide feet and doesn't like tight shoes. These shoes make him happy. He loves them. Please make them in bigger sizes through the years so I can keep buying them!

My son loves them. Wish the tongue was a tad larger but it really isn't an issue. He's got normal width feet and these fit great. Wish they came in some other colors.

My son usually wears orthotics but we allow him to go without some days. He has very wide feet and sensory issues. Finding comfortable, stylish wide shoes is a challenge. He really loves these shoes. The Velcro is a plus too!

Our family owns this shoe in three different colors, both Little and Big Kid sizes, and with velcro and laces. They wear well over time, and all three kids describe them as comfortable. For my two kids that had Medium width fit, Medium fit true to size. For my borderline Wide width child, the Medium width was too narrow; Wide fit perfectly. Length was true to size for all. Sleek — not bulky. Would purchase again.

I bought these for my 6 year old who has wide feet and he absolutely loves the style and color and has NO complaints about how these shoes fit!

These were a great everyday shoe for my 10 yo. Durable and a great fit.
