I tried these on in a store and knew they ran short so I ordered up. I usually wear 8 - 8.5 and ordered a 9. They fit perfect. I gave 4 stars for style because they aren't the cutest shoe I've ever bought, but they are cute. I would love another pair next winter

The shoes are perfect.. they are now my only go to shoe. I have 5 pairs.. I wish you made one in a deep red almost a maroon color... then it would all be perfect for me.. lol Thank you for your time..

These boots are SO comfortable and cute. They're not real warm though, so buy them for fashion, not warmth.

Great ultra comfortable shoe. I loved the dark blue so much that I purchased the black. Wanted a winter shoe that wasn't a boot but also not a sneaker. Can wear these all day! Wonderful arch support and great service from Zappos. Arrived within 2 days.

This shoe is very comfortable and attractive. The arch support is a little pillow for the arch! I had to re-order an 8 because 7 1/2 is too tight around the toes like Converse where I also need an 8. The elastic makes it easy to slip on and off. The tags with the shoes give informative and helpful info and on the Bzees homepage they have a funny line: Because uncomfortable shoes… are you out of your mind? Please, ain’t nobody got time for that.

These are my all-time favorite shoes! Fell like slippers. Very light weight and great support.

Finally!! :D I believe this is the first 5-star shoe I've ever owned since my Minnetonka sandal that's no longer available. :( But for this Bzees shoe, this is what it feels like to have a shoe fit like a glove. It's attractive, lightweight, flexible, soft, cushiony, has a great lining, and great arch support. Their description of cloud tech is true and I like their environmental tech, too. Another reviewer says it's cheaply made so I hope mine doesn't change quality as I start to wear it. I ordered the chocolate after considering the toffee, but thought the cream colored upper could be challenging to keep clean.

I love these shoes! They are adorable! I've received many compliments on them. They are extraordinarily comfortable. They are just a tiny bit narrow across the ball of the foot, but not by much. The only problem I had was learning that they aren't as difficult to put on as might seem the first time out. I know that sounds weird, but the tongue is deceptive. Yes, they tend to ride down as the shoe is put on, but they pull back into place very easily. They are warm and soft and don't cause the usual problems most shoes give me. I have what used to be known as a French foot, meaning wide across the front and narrow of heel. Because of the way this shoe is cut, it doesn't flop like most shoes in my size do. It is so rare that I find that, I treasure this shoe. I'm waiting for it to come back in my size so I can purchase a backup pair or two!

These have a very generous fit and are really, really soft and cushy. Will be wearing them in winter with socks so the extra room is fine. No arch support but plenty of room for an insert. The part where the laces would be is so soft and stretchy I slide into them like a slip-on. It's like wearing clouds so if you have sensitive, tender feet give these a try.
