Love these! They help me bounce while training and they're very comfortable!

My daughter has tried other brands and styles but always comes back to these shoes! They hold up great. Her feet just keep growing!

My daughter loves her new mizunos! She plays DI beach and indoor volleyball. She needed summer indoor training shoes so decided to order mizunos. Only issue was we had to reorder again because they run 1/2 to full size too small. She's usually an 8 1/2 and we had to get a 9. She may have even fit in a 9 1/2. She has a super narrow foot and these are the best fitting shoes she's bought for a narrow foot. Easy to return too!

We used the fit guide and it worked well because the suggested size fits well!" Bought them for my daughter, who has a wide foot. She says they fit great.

My daughter needed shoes for volleyball, so we tried the Wave Lightning Z5 for the first time. She used to wear the Wave Bolt 6, which worked well and provided good support. We couldn't find any in her size, so we decided to try the Lightning Z5 this year. She's very happy with these shoes!

Great perfect

I play for Penn State Beaver vb team and trying to find navy and white shoes to match is so hard. These match perfectly and look beautiful. I've tried every brand including Nike and no quality compares to mizuno. The laces don't rip, the grip lasts long, and it's worth every penny.

Great fit. Light weight. Support

Great for pickleball! I need to replace them about every 9 months but so don't mind because they are light and not clunky like tennis shoes.

I use these for indoor volleyball and they are pretty solid. Amazing traction, but they are a little hard on the soles of your feet when you land from jumping. The toes feel slightly squished but nothing too bad. Other than that they have nice support and the style is great.

The toe bead was not comfortable. I had to use a shoe stretcher to make them work. The sole feels kinda thin too.

I have a narrow foot, about men's 11.5 A. The women's 13 fit me very nicely when they are laced up almost as tight as they can. Most shoes, even "narrow" would be too wide in the ball of the foot.

Shoes do not fit and Mizuno does not respond. I notified Mizuno three times. This time they invited me to rate their product.

I purchase 10 1/2 just like any other mizuno and they are tight, why I am not sure they should all be the same.
