First, these are super cute and great quality. I have pretty wide feet with bunions. My foot wouldn’t go all the way under the strap, so my foot just rubbed at the edge of the leather, sadly I had to return them. But I loved them if they would have been a tad wider.

This pair is true to size. I really like the style but the shart arch support makes me question whether I want to keep this. The straps are narrower than expected but it is not to the point where I feel the need to return this pair. I love how they look but they are not the most comfortable pair in the world due to the arch support mentioned. I am sure the straps are going to stretch as I break them in.

These shoes are great! nice and squishy, but they also have a bit of arch support... maybe a bit too much arch support, but we will just have to wait and see. I would 100% recommend these. However, if you have very flat feet the arch support may be a bit much.

Perfect for summer. The heel height is perfect, feel very stable wearing.

I needed a new pair of everyday black sandals and these looked adorable. I got this pair along with Clarks Lexi Walnut Q. I was going to return one of them but decided to keep both. These shoes are very comfortable, just a little flater then I am use to. I like a tiny bit of a heal but too cute not to keep.

I love how these look, and I love how they feel. BUT, I'd worn them maybe three or four times and the liner (which only goes to the just before the toes and is glued down, why?) started peeling up on one shoe. I've got superglue, so I can glue it back down, but it certainly took away a good measure of my appreciation for the shoes.

Although they were cute and were true to size; they weren’t very comfortable. They made a suction type noise when I tried to walk in them. Not the most practical... had to return.

The arch support is too sharp, like standing on a large marble.

I normally wear a size 41 in European sizes, unfortunately, this is listed as an American size so I ordered a size 10. They were way too small so I ordered a 1/2 larger thinking it was just the brand and still does not fit. It was only after I looked at the box did I realize these were sized as European sizes. If you want these sandals? I would recommend ordering a size larger than normal. Very disappointed!

I often wear a 6.5 M width but prefer the W width for comfort. So I purchased the Jaycie in 6.5 W and loving them. I love it that Zappos carries the Wide width options.

This is a great color - not too white and a lower platform

Got a pair in white earlier and love them so much I ordered the brown. Comfort right out of the box. Usually get only flat style for stability but these feel very safe. Stylish not "granny" looking!

I bought these in White (size 6) and Black (size 5.5). This is the review for the white pair in size 6. I am in between size 5.5 and 6 for depending on the shoe brand and for Naturalizer, 5.5 worked out for me better. Also, the white pair came with some part of the edges that are not too clean? they don't look perfect but the tag that came in the shoe box says that naturalizer incorporates handcrafted parts of the design so the color or the finish may not be the same all across. It's obviously not a big deal but I thought it was something to point out. Also, the arch support is a bit sharp like one of the reviewers below has mentioned as well. I am definitely not keeping the white pair as they are big.

Thank you Naturalizer for carrying wide sizes! If you didn’t have wide widths, I would’ve had to order a 7 1/2, and they would’ve been a bit long. The 7 W was perfect. Cute, well made sandals! My first time shopping with Zappos, I’m impressed! Easiest online shopping I’ve done.

Love love love this shoe! I found it to be true to size. It is a very comfortable shoe and I received many complements every time I wear them! I am very pleased!

The first day I wore these, I wore them all day. To a large store and then to an outside mall. They were comfy all day long. My friends complimented them and so did just strangers. Very comfy.

This is a great contemporary sandal that looks great on and is easy to wear. I was very happily surprised with the fit and feel of the footbed - the Naturalizer's footbed "Contour+ Technology" is a real plus - the footbed feels like it was made for me! The sandals look very well made - overall, a great buy.

I ordered a wide because I read other reviews that said it fit narrow and even the wide did not provide enough room in the straps to get my toes comfortably under them. Otherwise, the shoe is cute. The only other critique is that the leather footbed made some noises as I walked (like flip flops) which I didn't love.
