I wanted to love this shoe because it felt pretty comfy out of the box, but alas, it gaps at the sides. Rats

I have an AAAA heel and always go crazy trying to find pumps, especially now that bunions no longer make it feasible to wear a narrow. These have great support and hold onto my ankle perfectly. I bought a 9 1/2 medium and danced the night away without my shoes flying across the dance floor. Now have these in 2 colors.

The description of this shoe states it is LEATHER. It isn't. The inner label clearly states fabric upper! Additionally, they are uncomfortable.

These were perfect for my interview this morning. The leather is supple and required no break-in period. I've realized over time that a wide width works well for me when wearing pointed-toe shoes, and this 7 W was just right.

Perfect fit. Doesn’t feel like I’m wearing a heel. The grippy soles make me feel more steady on my feet than an average heel. The material grips my foot in a completely comfortable way. Amazing! I love these. Only complaint is that due to flexible material, the material is looking a little wrinkled but I don’t care. Will buy more in other colors.

Naturalizer shoes are good quality, so I am satisfied with the fit and style, and will buy again from Zappos.

Felt like I wasn’t even wearing shoes much less heels!

I've been looking for a pair of medium heels in this muted pink and I thought I'd found what I was looking for, but alas, these were not to be. I loved the fit (I'm between 7-1/2-8, with a somewhat wide foot) and they were super comfortable. The pink matched the picture and I really liked the squared off heel but, just like another pair of pumps I tried to buy, these were squeaking. I walked around my house to see if I could soften them up, but the noise just got louder. Zappos, thanks for your awesome return policy. I'll keep trying!

Classic shoe. Perfect neutral color. Heel not too high. Just what I was looking for!

It is not often that I can buy a shoe that really fits nicely. My feet have been ridden hard and abused over the last 68 years and this shoe looks great and feels great too

These are perfect pumps. I can wear them for hours at a time without fatigue. They are the right height and are cute to boot ( pun intended, hehe ). Very happy with this purchase. :) . Thanks, Zappos!

The first pair I received had a design flaw (a wrinkle in the side of one of the shoes), but Zappos was AWESOME about getting a new pair out to me immediately (by the next day after I called!). The new pair was perfect. They're incredibly comfortable (and I have so much trouble finding comfortable heels!), super stylish, and half the cost of similar styles. I'll likely be ordering these in other colors when I can afford to!

Loved these shoes with my new red dress.But they arrived just 2 days before an event that I was attending and they ran a half size larger than my usual fit.. I quickly called Zappo and they sent another size that fit perfect and looked fab with my new red dress. Zappo’s to the rescue !!!!! Great Service..

Great heel height for tall girls

I needed a black pump for work and placed orders for a lot of pairs. This one was the one I kept. It's super stylish and the heel is the right size: not too low, not too high that you cannot walk in the shoe for a whole day. While other pointed shoes are very uncomfortable on me, this one fits like a glove while still staying on my feet. It's not too loose in the heel which is always a problem for me. Naturalizer is beginning to be my "go-to" brand. Happy about this purchase.

These shoes were very pretty but they just didn't feel like they were going to work for me . I have a high instep , wide feet and feet a half size different in size . A strapless classic pump always fits best but these weren't the ones for me . Normally if I buy shoes online they are a pair I have already owned . I was desperate so ordered three pair I don't own and was thrilled that one pair out of three works !

The show runs a little long. Had to go a size down.

The shoe itself is beautiful - just the look I was going for. But extremely pointed toes and very narrow for my typical size.

Even in the wide the toe box seemed narrow. Didn’ Work for me. Cute shoe, though.

I was looking for a pointy toe business pump and this one is perfect. Comfortable and elegant.

Great classic shoe! I love the look of a heel, but stilettos are out of the question. Flats don't feel dressy enough. This shoe is the perfect compromise--it goes well with pants or skirts. Naturalizer always has a true fit for me, so I'm a happy woman!
