The sandals are comfortable, but the leather straps are a bit loose, so while I can wear them, I wouldn't walk a mile in them because my foot easily slips out. The first week or so that I wore them, the top of my foot was black from the leather rubbing on them, but now that isn't an issue. They are comfortable and nice enough to wear out.

Love both the softness of the insole and the leather straps. Comfortable shoe to walk in. Great for travel.

These are cute, so I was disappointed they didn't work for me. I have very wide feet, and the right shoe just didn't fit right. My foot kept sliding around. Left shoe was fine. They are too expensive to keep and hope they stretch to my foot (or whatever was the problem) so I am returning. For regular feet, these shoes would probably work.

They are well made and a good looking sandal. But, they were heavier than I thought and slapped my heal when I walked, so I had to return them.

Soft upper and good construction, but was too narrow for my foot.

The fit was as expected (standard size 7), but it was uncomfortable on top where the straps crossed. This created a bump that dug into the skin. It just hit me in the wrong place.

The shoes fit perfectly; however they have a firm arch which is painful for my flat feet. Regret that I will need to return.

The dye used on them dyed my feet back. They fit okay but started to pinch after a few days.

The stitching around the “Sofft” label bothered my heels. Otherwise, I loved them.

Pros: the sole and footbed are great quality, and nicely cushioned. They seem like they'd last a long time, and they would match just about everything in my closet. Cons: The stitching on the edges of the straps makes the straps feel oddly tight. The pair I received had a quality control issue where one of the straps wrinkled and din't lay flat.

These felt wide on me. My foot needed to slide forward to feel properly "seated" in the shoe. Thus I had a lot of area at the heal and my toes were pretty close to the front. They have a good heal cup and moderate arch support, so when my foot was forward enough to feel secure in the sandal, those areas no longer matched up with the sole of my feet. I'm not going to try a different size. Just going to return.

Sadly, I had to return them. Yes, the leather was soft & would stretch, but they were narrow on my wider feet.

This would be a comfortable, everyday sandal. Unfortunately, it was too wide for my foot.

The length was perfect with room for my long toes. The width was okay for my narrowish foot, but there wasn't a lot of support. Also, as with some mules, my foot pronated and didn't stay on the footbed.

I am struggling with the tight bands across the top of my feet! I have put them on a shoe stretcher over night, but I will have to leave them stretched fir a couple more days! Blisters on the tops of my feet are not what I expected from a “Soft” brand shoe!
