Shoes are great until they delaminate in a short period of time. If not for warranty, you would be spending way too much

This is the 2nd pair in a row of these boots that have started to come apart after a month . 180$ boots shouldnt be doing that. Ill be requesting a replacement pair.

I was looking for a wider toebox, this is perfect. The are great for my afo's. I wish more options for colors, but these are fine. The sole gives me mOre comfort, and cooler not hot on my feet. My medical provider recommends these each time.

Giving the Detroit XT another try. First pair last 6 months with moderate wear. Inside sole was defective. Keen gave me a credit which I used for a different model. After 18 months of moderate wear doing farm chores wore new pair out. Material around toe does not last. Other than the shoe strings being way too long comfortable shoe.

Comfortable boot and I enjoyed it while it lasted. The boot only last about a month or two before it started to break down to a point where I was inconvenience, uncomfortable and making my feet sore. I did receive these as a warranty claim which is great but was just hoping for a little longer lasting boot. My previous two pairs (different style) both were much better and last up to about 10 months each.

These are terrible dont waste your money. Have worn these boots for maybe 3 weeks the glue to the toe is gone the sole is already wearing out. All the glue on the sole to the shoe is going. About the only thing I have found these boots worth it is to work on a 8 pitch roof.

Keen Utility Detroit Mid Height Work Boots The Keen Utility Detroit mid-height work boots initially caught my eye with their stylish design that resembles a high-quality hiking boot. The exterior is sleek and visually appealing, making them a standout choice in terms of aesthetics. However, after just three weeks of wearing these boots in a demanding work environment where I walk several miles each day, I've found them to be lacking in comfort. The footbed is disappointingly uncomfortable, offering minimal cushioning. This lack of support becomes painfully evident during long shifts, where the inadequate footbed fails to provide the necessary comfort for extended periods of walking and standing. Additionally, these boots were a gift, and when I contacted Keen's customer service team, I was informed that I could not return or exchange them without a receipt from the person who gifted them to me. This added frustration makes it difficult to recommend these boots, despite their appealing hiking boot appearance. In summary, while the Keen Utility Detroit work boots excel in terms of looks, their stylish design and poor customer service do not compensate for the uncomfortable footbed cushioning. For those in need of durable and comfortable footwear for extensive walking, these boots might not be the best choice despite their attractive appearance.

Have been struggling to find boots that fit. Size 16 wide has done the trick. Very happy. Seam to be well made.

The boots are hurting the small toe on both feet to the point that I know longer wear them. I have a narrow foot, yet there is still an issue. There is a seam or something in a bad spot for me.

Took a week to break in. I use to be able to buy keens put them on and go. Probably last time I get the Detroit just lacking in comfort. Gonna try brunts next go and if they are not any better will come back. Currently my feet hurt and it's not the first time in the past couple years.

I love your product! I've been wearing the Detroit for about Seven years now and I tell everyone that it's a good Boot, that there is no break in period, water proof and breathable plus electrical safe. Out of all that time I've only had to make a claim twice and you all always take care of me. THANK YOU, Clint Haywood

Your wide never fit before. The 2E works with this shoe. Would like a little more room in the toe box like closer to a 3E. Look at your best sellers and maybe do a wider run to give us more options. Thanks.

I have the Portland-style boots and six months in the sole separates and falls off. I don't have the receipt now to make the warranty claim so I'm out $250.00 very poor workmanship on these boots. The company seriously needs Quality Control measures. I spoke with the store where I purchased and they said the soles are separating on a lot of these styles of boots.
