Ive been wearing Nike Free Runs for as long as they’ve existed and a couple of years ago, I noticed that the sizes started running a little tight. I still wore a size 11 in all my other shoes, which include Clark’s, Vans, Florsheim and Banana Republic, so it was just Nike that started making their shoes smaller. Going up a half size made the length a bit too long and the shoes too loose. The price was right though do Im going to keep these and hope they stretch out a little. Otherwise, a good-looking, lightweight running show.

These are very stylish and comfortable. In terms of how they hold up...just average. Don’t buy if you’re hard on your shoes

Great looking sneaker, too tight.

I have to send them back because the left front of the right shoe irritates the skin on my bunion . I have tried it out with a Dr Scholls pad but it can still hurt .

They looked really nice and appealing to the eye. The comfort was horrible though. I would not recommend wearing these if you are going to be standing for long periods of time. Not great for running either, pretty uncomfortable in my opinion.

Toe box was too narrow. I had already gone up a size in hopes of accommodating the anticipated narrow size.

I found these shoes to be much smaller than the previous pairs o f Nike running shoes I have purchased over the years. I returned my 1st pair that were ordered true to size and reordered 1/2 size larger. The new paid is still much too tight. I'll look for another style or manufacturer.

My son wears Nike and Nike FR consistently. We bought his usual size and they were very large. We could've exchanged them for a smaller size, but he didn't like them well enough to bother with that. We returned the shoes.

I haven’t ordered the Nike Free style shoe in a long time. But I figured for the sale price it wouldn’t be a bad shoe to grab. After getting them, I immediately noticed they were much more narrow than most my other shoes, even my Nike Air 270. When I put the first shoe on, I could barely get my entire foot in. My toes hit the end of the shoe and I immediately knew they were to small. In most every shoe I am a size 15, but not the case with the Free. I would need to go up 1 full size. If you’re looking for a shoe that fits very snug, these might be the ones for you. The shoe wasn’t bad looking, but after seeing the material I feel it would wear out quickly. Hard to truly say, but from experience the material felt kind of cheap. Overall, had the shoe fit, it might not have been a bad shoe to have as extras. But I’m confident that I will be sticking to New Balance over Nike.

Tight

I have been wearing the previous versions of Nike Free RN for years and loved the comfort, look, and fit - both for exercise and everyday walking. This new Free RN 5.0 is definitely not comfortable for everyday use, and for me was also horrible for running. Awful fit - extremely tight in the heel, loose toe box, zero support, insufficient lacing. I wish they would bring back something closer to the previous design of this shoe.

They already ripped

Not a good fit for me. Gave me blisters on my heel, which is not a problem in other Nikes. It looks like the design would be better for the heel, but it seems to make it worse.

This sneaker has no tongue. It's basically a slipper with fake laces. I have a high instep. So I can't even get this shoe on. Nowhere did I read that it didn't have a tongue.

This is my 5th pair of Nike Free shoes, but this pair is different from every previous pair. There's no tongue on this shoe - the shoes is all one piece across the top. I can't even get them on my feet. Immediate return and a big waste of time.

The worst made pair of shoes I've ever seen. The shoe would not go on the foot and There was no stretch in them as in my previously ordered Nike shoes had and they were fine. You no longer carry them. In addition, the stitching was crooked on the instep.

These are the worst, most uncomfortable running shoes I've ever worn and the last pair (this would have been my 5th consecutive) of Nike Free Rns that I'll buy. If you are looking for running shoes, you can still find Nike Free Rn 4s elsewhere...

What were they thinking? This is a hideous shoe.
