I love, love, love this shoe. I ordered two different pairs and am keeping these, returning the other pair and ordering another pair of this one in a different color.

My podiatrist has been recommending Hoka's for years but they aren't available in extra wide. I was so excited to find these, love the fit and width, so comfortable!! Will be ordering another pair! So thankful for Zappos!!! I normally wear a kids 4 1/2 extra wide and Zappos is the only place I have been able to find shoes!!!

Love these. Just bought this second pair in another color. I usually run in Hokas, which are a very cushioned running shoe. I've been told that these are New Balance's answer to the Hokas, and now that I've been running in these for a while I can tell you that they feel just as good, and are, I think, a little better looking than Hokas in person. Highly recommend!

I LOVE these shoes! I normally wear Hokas, and these are just as comfortable and cushy for running, but I think they are better looking on my foot. I wear a wide, and the wides are nice and wide in the toe box.

NB Fresh Foam More are the only shoes I’ve found recently that are comfortable all day with the arthritis in my big toe joints. Cushy soles with the right amount of stability through the toe area and toe box wider than previous Fresh Foam model. Could use better arch support for overpronation but otherwise no complaints here!

Difficult to fit but these feel good and are keepers. In our balance exercise class today I could balance better in these shoes than I have done in other brands. The name "new Balance" fits the shoe. I generally wear 8.5 Hoka in wide and I find they have a bit more padding in the foot but that this brand gives me better balance. I am happy with my purchase.

I loved the construction of these shoes. They're perfect for a wider toe box and a narrow heal. What I didn't love was the way my toes felt forced up. The bottom, despite all that wonderful fresh foam, had no flexibility. It was much sturdier than the 1080s. I wanted these to work out because I dislike the new heal on the 1080s. Sadly, I just didn't find them comfortable enough.

Love this shoe! Went one size wider and it's so comfy. But after wearing for a week, the knit toebox and my front toenail decided they were going to be unfriendly together, so returning. Darn. Such a cute/fun/comfy summer shoe. Love the light grey, super great with casual skirts and shorts.

I have problematic feet: nerve damage from a back injury, plantar fasciitis, flat, wider than medium feet. I have to have arch support and a heel cup in every single shoe I buy. Also, due to the nerve damage in my leg/foot, I need really stable shoes for long walks. These fit the bill. They are indeed very wide. I and normally an 8.5 C, but I like a lot of room in my toe area in tennis, so I ordered the 8.5 Extra Wide, and to me, they are perfect. I have plenty of room to wiggle my toes in, but not so loose with proper sport socks that I won't be stable. I'm replacing 990s with these because of the really ugly/plain colors in the 990s right now. The gray with aqua accents will still go with many outfits, and the pop of color is nice. The base is nice and wide. I call them my "truck tires," so I will be nice and stable walking. Nice venting in the upper. These are a win!

They are a littke clunky, but I wanted these for stability. I will wear other tennies for fashion. I normally wear 8.5W or C width, and I like extra room for my toes in tennies, so I ordered extra wide, and am keepong them. Happy with these and look forward to wearing on my next walk.

I ordered a half size up and that size worked.I love the cushioning on the sole. Very well cushioned shoe. What I don't like is the more I wear them, the more the shoe is digging into my outside of my left ankle. I'm hoping this gets better with time or I'll just add bandaids.

These had a nice fit with roomy toe box and a lot of cushion, but the sides were very stiff and would probably rub near my ankles. Sadly, these will have to go back.

The fit felt good but the volume was not adequate at all to accommodate my orthotic insert. My big toe sticking up into mesh top of shoe. Felt very tight because of the volume.

The overall color was too lavender for me. Also the arch area was really uncomfortable - shoes returned.

Having bought the same sneaker from a shoe store earlier...I was looking forward to these in a different color. Unfortunately the sneaker feels slack in ankle width and support ? Box days B width ...strange.

These look a little funky but because of how I walk and knee issues, I wanted to try them. They are very padded and comfortable. I will probably order another pair in a different color. I'm not a big fan of the inner stretchy material that is at the arch (your foot goes into the shoe and there are these inner "saddle bags" on either side of your foot), but I still like the shoe overall.

These shoes were very hard to fit using my custom made orthotics in. I tried a couple of sizes. I tried to walk a few times in the last pair I got but my heels just kept slipping. So...if you don't need to wear your own orthotics they may be great for you! But if you do, you may want to skip theses.

I was disappointed, as my podiatrist recommended this shoe for my bony feet. However, despite being size WW, the toe box was too narrow for metatarsal comfort. An added problem is that I have rather flat feet and low ankles, so that the collar of the shoe rubbed against my ankle. So, for these two reasons together, and despite the nicely cushioned sole, I need to return the shoes.

This show is very comfortable, however it fits a little on the sloppy side. I do not like the look of it, very short and round looking in the toe box.

Well made comfortable shoe.. But not the style we were looking for..

Looked too wide.

I thought I ordered the same New Balance style as I purchased in a store & these are nothing like them. They feel like orthopedic shoes, stiff & uncomfortable. Unfortunately I threw the box away because I was paranoid about cardboard (virus information) and would like to return them but probably won't be able to. What a drag.

I've been wearing New Balance for years and love them but this last order feels tighter in the width than usual. Are the manufacturers making them narrower now? I'll try them but I may need to go to an even wider than "D" if these hurt my feet over time. I'm disappointed.

The toe box was quite roomy in this shoe, but the zero drop design presents problems for those of us with high arches. Without my inserts, the ankle support rubbed my ankle bones; with my inserts, the arch was too pointed as the heel drop accentuates this.

These were big and bulky & just not my style
