Do not like the lace system, sides are to high, rubs against your ankles. Looks good

I wanted to give a 5 star rating.This is my 3rd pair, I love them! They are comfortable, have a lovely shape, and the colors are right on point. Sadly this pair broke 2nd time on. the lace grommets are ribbon like and I worried about their strength capacity. The shoe has an elastic arch support so that the laces are not as important but the grommet broke and now they have to go back. I hope my other shoes hold up.

Snug fit, order 1/2 size bigger and/or wide maybe? Not very light.

This is the third pair of these shoes that I have purchased. This pair hurts my feet...

I have plantar fasciitis and based on some reviews thought these would be good. They don't quite have enough cushion for me and my plantar fasciitis seems to act up when I wear them to exercise.

I was slipping on the hardwood floor at the gym the first time I wore these. I immediately scuffed the soles with rough sandpaper when I got home. That helped but not something I should have had to do.

Super cute. Very narrow. I even ordered wide, which I have in other NB shoes. Couldn't even get my foot in there.

I love, love these shoes for so many reasons- comfort, style, affordability. But one of the loops that hold the laces to the show bike and rendered them useless- about 3 months into daily wear. I expected them to last longer.

The shoes fit fine but they are a bit too white. They almost glow

I used sneakers for my workout Zumba or walking. I really loved but some of my new balance has holes on my 2nd toe? I read some of your customers has the same case

I bought the boysenberry and neon before they were discontinued, they were my 3rd pair of ROAV's and all the other ones are fantastic. However I wore them twice to work and the shoestring loops broke in half at the top of the sneaker. And the N emblem was peeling off. I contacted new balance and they agreed to return them even though I was outside of my return window. I appreciate the help, but there is a flaw with the material on these.

I wanted to like these. I got my usual 10 with the intention of these being causal/walking shoes and not running. Normally for running I would go with a size 11. The problem I had with these was that there was heel slippage which I was able to somewhat reduce by lacing them differently but was unable to fully remove the slilppage. I will sadly be returning these.

I love these shoes! They're stylish and comfortable. However, the top lace loop snapped and is very hard to get back together. It makes the shoes unwearable. I have seen others post the same issue. Given this, I don't think I would buy these again. It's a shame given they're relatively new and not heavily worn.

I bought theses shoes for work because I needed a shoe with good support since I'm a nurse and stand on my feet 12 hours a day. They are very comfortable and I love how they look! However I was very upset when a hole wore through the top of the shoe in the big toe area very quickly! I have never worn these shoes outside and only worn indoor. The hole started only 2 months after purchasing!

The shoes have been great. Light weight and comfy. They're still in great shape except my big toe wore a hole through the top. I'll still wear them but only around the house.

These are great except there's a big lever in the back which could tear your achilles off

I have worn New Balance shoes for many years, and they are the most comfortable tennis shoes to me. The Fresh Foam Roavs are no exception. However, my experience has been very frustrating. I purchased a pair of light gray ones (lead with workwear and angora), MROAVBG. But, the pair I received was the darker gray (phantom with workwear and angora, MROAVBK) even though the tag actually says MROAVBG. I contacted New Balance and they agreed that the color was wrong on the pair I received, so I sent them back in and ordered a second time. Then the second pair I got was the same as the first pair (MROAVBK), even though the tag also says MROAVBG! I was very frustrated because I wanted the light gray pair, not the dark gray pair, but now I'm convinced that there is actually no pair anymore that actually looks like the MROAVBG in the photos. The first pic is what I expected, the next three are what I got. It makes me sad...

The fit and feel are great but my big toe comes through that fabric. NEW BALANCE . . . can you make the big toe area out of another fabric??? Please? because I want to buy another pair but want the toe area to last longer than a month! And I don't run either.

The Gray is actually blue - I love these shoes, but they think blue is gray. The color in the description is "Lead with light aluminum" and appears to be gray online but its definitely blue in person. Picture attached. I thought they just messed up my order the first time and just dealt with it, but 6 months later I order them again and get blue shoes again. I cant send them back because I need new shoes right now and am forced to just deal with it. Very disappointed.

I love the look and style of these shoes and they match my scrubs. The foam is comfortable but they run small and an 8.5 in mens felt too small. I normally wear a 9-9.5 in womens but friends at work told me to go a size up. So I did and they were too small. I walked around the house in them just to see and it was so uncomfortable on my big toe. I returned all three pair.

When I bought these I was really exited to get them but the shoe length was perfect and the shoe width was too narrow.

I really like how these shoes look, but I just cant wear them for long. The insert that comes with them is very thin, does not cushion whatsoever but the fresh foam is somewhat soft so it doesnt feel like cement. However, the cushioning on the ball of the foot is way too hard for me, it starts hurting my feet quite rapidly. It could just be me and how they fit me, but I wanted to say something and anyone who gets foot pain in that area might want to make sure they try them on and walk a bit first before purchasing. They also have poor grip, very very easy to slip on wet surfaces or dusty surfaces.

I wear a narrow but with a thicker sock I have always been able to wear NB. These r way too wide as standard. I will give these away.

I LOVE THE NB ROAV COLLECTION. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THE TOP WHERE MY TOES ARE, ITS GETTING WORN OUT TOO FAST. I HAVE A LITTLE HOLE WHERE MY BIG TOE IS. I WEAR A SIZE 7 NORMALLY BUT I'LL GET A 7 1/2 NEXT PAIR I ORDER. MAYBE THAT WILL HELP.
