I love these shoes and am going to purchase a replacement. I had to send them back because the first time I wore them, they got a hole in the fabric on top. I wore them to church and we didn't do anything crazy. No sure how it happened but hoping the replacement pair has better luck.

Shoes seem to run quite big. Very comfy though, and bouncy.

I bought several pairs of these shoes. I did this because the first pair I bought fit great, then I ordered more while the price was reduced. The toe box was more narrow on one shoe and not the other shoe. Very inconsistent. I finally took the NB insole out and subbed with a half insole and that made the tow box much better. Getting these shoes on is difficult. I didn't have a shoe horn so used a large plastic kitchen spoon which helped the shoes to slide on so easy.
NB needs to be more consistent in size, width and length.

This sneaker does not have a tongue. The top side is all one piece which is not mentioned. I wear orthotics and getting them in the shoe is very difficult because of not having a tongue. This should have been somewhere in the description.

This is the second pair of Roavs for me. The last pair I had was a size 10 and fit perfectly. This time the shoes are shorter. I ordered them online and did not try them on. I won't make that mistake again.

Walking, general use, comfort is just average. Support is average.

My husband and I both tried these on in store and they fit fine. So we ordered the ROAV styles in different colors and both sets of shoes, the right shoe on each of our feet kept slipping off our heel when we would walk. Every step we felt it slip off the right heel. So we had to return them.

These shoes are really cute. When I wear them around casually, they are fine, but when I wear them to work out in, they are not very supportive. Even when I tie them tighter, it feels like my ankles turn inward while I am walking. I wish they offered slightly more stability.

I like New Balance shoes because most models are available in wide sizes. I typically purchase the 2E option, which fits perfectly. In this case, the wide Roav is more narrow than other New Balance models at the same size. For the Roav, the 4E option would have been a better choice for me, but it's unfortunate that the sizing isn't consistent among models.

I like everything about the shoe with the exception that both of my big toes hurt at the end of the day. I was hoping it was just a breaking in thing, but every time I select them my big toes hurt on the nail.

Ran pretty narrow, didn't do well with basic staining either even in the washer. New balance has catered to the narrow feet crowd lately . I wouldn't recommend this shoe to others .

did not expect the shoes to be as tight as they were, but they were still good quality.

These shoes are almost perfect. Look great, love the back detail/slide on design I have bought 4 pairs in the last few years. HOWEVER I can't continue to justify buying them. Within a month, every pair has gotten a hole in the toes. Both feet. The rest of the shoe barely looks worn. Doesn't matter the size I get. I'll keep looking for something like this but a more reinforced toe.

Pros: I love the looks and feel of the shoe.
Cons: Shoe runs about 1 size to small. Also there is approximately 1/2" of material on the inside of the show where the upper and lower parts come together that rubs against your big toe and is very uncomfortable.

Wanted to like this shoe so much. Disappointed to find that they have zero, and I mean ZERO grip on the bottom. It's literally completely flat in one spot. The mesh top also seems quite thin and looks like it wouldnt wear well. It's a shame, because I loved the look of the shoe, but had to return due to the lack of grip.

The right shoe is smaller than the left. I don't have this problem with any other shoes in my collection.

These shoes look great and are super comfy once you've got them on. I absolutely hate that the tongue is sewn down. For some reason there's also a piece of elastic over the tongue which is weird because the tongue has no give. I have a high instep and when I have to wear my ankle brace cramming my foot into the shoe isn't very pleasant. Even without the brace it's a little bit of a struggle. I've been a loyal New Balance wearer for years because they just fit my feet so well, but definitely not crazy about this new design.

Shoes are at least .5 or even a full size smaller than they should be.

Good aesthetic. Felt like they would have been nice and comfortable on my soles, but even though I ordered wide, they were not wide enough. My toes were squished together and the toe box just didn't have enough room. I had to send them back.

Had to return these NB as they were not wide enough. They were 2E instead of 4E.

Tried these on and liked the look. However this style needs to be ordered in a larger size as it os a bit tight on my foot.
