Felt larger than my last pair. The heel is too high on my ankle. Also, my foot slips up and down in the heel as I walk. Uncomfortable.

The shoe is cute and has nice leather. Unfortunately the insoles squeak when I walk. I can't stand wearing shoes that squeak when I walk. Also, they weren't as comfortable as I had hoped.

I was so disappointed in the quality control. The right shoe had a flaw inside. Returning. Otherwise I love the color. The left shoe was very comfortable. I needed these for vacation and wasn’t able to wear

I wear an 8 and have narrow heels. Size 39 is way too big in the heels. They're cute but stiff and uncomfortable.

I have been trying to replace my eccos that I have worn for years, now no longer available. The Seibel shoe looks very similar, but the fit is off for me.

Shoes felt 1/2 size larger and was moderately comfortable.

Great looking shoes. Ran too narrow and there were several spots inside where the material was too thick causing instant rubbing. I love my other pair of Josef Siebel's in a similar style purchased years ago. This style did not compare well unfortunately.

I have purchased the Caren 01 before and they always fit perfectly. This time the same size felt narrower - too narrow for me to wear comfortably - and I think the heel is a bit higher. I really like the style of these shoes but I have to return them.

The shoe seemed to crease across the top of my feet near the toes. It was uncomfortable

very flat, rather stiff; feel heavy on the feet. this version there are no grommets around the lace holes except the top. this light color laces look dirty immediately when they are adjusted.

I love the Caspian profile because it is lower on the foot than the Caren. I would buy the Caspian in a black but they don't offer that option.

I have prior version in the same size, but these felt really large. They are also cut to be raised at the heel, unlike mine from a few years ago, and I found this really uncomfortable.

I wanted to love these shoes, but they were just too stiff for me. So sad

This shoe has no ankle support or stability. It’s good looking but not good for someone with bad ankles.

The color of shoes is brown. I wanted more grey. I tried on with light weight socks and they were not comfortable.. needed more room with socks. Will sadly return.

The Josef Seibel Caren 01 is a very well structured leather shoe. Is a very comfortable lightweight shoe with a durable bottom. The gold color is very attractive and could blend with many colors in a wardrobe. The size 7-7 1/2 Medium was longer than most shoes in that size. The shoe was too long so my heel would slip out as I walked. Even though it has laces, I could not tighten enough to keep the shoe on. My foot is slim with a narrow heel. I had to return for that reason. Wished it would have worked for me.

Not very comfortable out of the box. I am wearing these indoors before I return them...hoping they feel better later on. These come in many colors. I ordered the Azur (blue).

Nice casual shoe that looks more sophisticated than regular athletic shoes for work or running around town. Very comfortable, but the heel is too wide for my relatively narrow foot so I had to return.

I have a wide forefoot and narrow heels. This shoe was a perfect fit in the heel and not enough room in the forefoot in a size 41 which is equivalent to my US size 10. Style wise this shoe reminds me of the basic tennis shoes in those old black and white TV shows.

Too wide. I wear a narrow but usually a lace up will work in medium. Bottoms of the shoes appeared to have been worn.
