The question was how do you use this product , on my feet of course since we're talking about shoes. I wear them mostly to church .I wanted dress shoes with a velcro closure and these are the only ones I could find. They are comfortable and they look good as well. I've only worn them about 4 times so it's too soon to tell about how long they may last but I really like the shoes.

These were for my elderly brother who was beginning to experience neuropothy and he had trouble getting shoes on so we ordered the wide width which made it must easier. He loved these!

Nunn Bush Cam Velcro, made of excellent material, bought 11 4E width and for people with wide width this is a good shoe. Hard to find wide width shoes and Zappos had one in stock.

Bought for my 95-year old father who was having difficulty putting his shoes on independently. The photos do not show how much the top of the shoes open when the velcro strap is pulled to the side, so I wasn't sure if the opening would be wide enough for him to manage. Fortunately, the shoe opens nice and wide, the leather is very soft and of high quality. My father loves these shoes--says they're very comfortable, lightweight and a great value. Most important, I feel he is safe walking with these shoes, especially since he can put them on properly by himself.
