Love these shoes and this is my third pair. I normally wear a 7 1/2 and I bought a 37. The metallic fit a little tighter than the nubuck/suede but they stretched out fine. I get so many compliments. Plan to buy more. My favorite shoe!

Great design and fit! These shoes are comfortable, soft inner lining, light weight, and cushion to the sole. They do not need to be broken in at all. Good for warm weather as it lets the foot breath. Comfortable walking shoe. The design is really flattering and can be dressed up or down.

I think this show is true to size. I wear an 8 to 8 1/2 and went by the chart ordered a 39 and it is perfect. I ordered it for a cruise and it is comfortable, stylish, and wonderful. I am going to order in other colors.

I loved these Ilse Jacobsen Tulip shoes. I bought size 36 in gunmetal, a gorgeous color that would go with a lot. The uppers are a lovely subtle texture. The shoes provide plenty of support, they are not too squishy. Unfortunately, these shoes are a full size too big for me. Usually I wear a size 5-½ and occasionally 6. In European sizes, in Ecco's for example, generally I wear size 36. I would have loved to have kept these shoes. If only they came in size 35... Thank you Zappo's for your ultra speedy service and free returns.

I really wanted these to work... AND THEY DID! I have a high instep/arch and a very wide foot (well, at least the right one!) and didn't hold out too, too much hope that these M width shoes that come up fairly high on the foot would work. They are UBER comfy and look fabulous. Finally, tennies to wear with a sundress when walking a lot is on the schedule! Looked darling with my black t-shirt and black jeans while hiking through the airports last time I traveled. They were new and didn't hurt at all! FAB!

The most comfortable shoes I’ve ever put on my feet!!!

This shoe is a fun alternative to sneakers for a casual and comfortable style. My stylish Italian friend was wearing these in Paris this summer. I ordered in two colors and picked the platinum one. These shoes were worn during a Normandy tour with lots of walking. They breathe easily and never smell bad. The inner sole can be removed for cleaning. They are made of a microfiber but they look like leather. Thus, they should be washable with a gentle scrub. Got lots of compliments on these great shoes!

I have 3 pair now. They are very comfortable and handled Italy's cobbles very well. I agree with other reviewers that they run a tad long and they do not offer half sizes. The big bonus is just throwing them in the wash and dry outside. Like new. I love them.

I ordered the silver in a 39 and the platinum in a 38. I normally wear an 8m. I am keeping both pairs, but it is too bad that they don't have a 381/2.

Cute but does run a little large. I’m going to add an insole so hoping that works. Ordered the silver and it’s not too shiny so I like that.

These are lovely, soft fabric, but too short. I wear a 42 in Birkenstocks, so I should have known that a 41/US11 would be too short. But sizing is unpredictable, as I have other shoes marked 41/US 11 that fit great, but almost 1/2 longer than these shoes. Unfortunately I had to send them back.

These are lovely construction, but no visable arch. Soft fabric uppers, I could have added my own arch support, but they are clearly a 1/2 inch shorter than other Size 11's I have. Wish they came in a 12. I compared to another shoe maker that was marked as 11/41 for the prior reference. So they are going back.

This is my second pair of Ilse Jacobsen Tulip Shoes! They are not only comfortable & stylish, but as a boater, the white sole is boat friendly & non-skid - perfection!

Third pair of this exact shoe. Not because they fall apart easily. I wear them into the ground. I don’t like shoes that tie so this is my go to sneaker for every day wear. You won’t regret buying a pair.

I’ve bought three pairs of these Ilse Jacobsen Tulip shoes in various colors, one of which has the slightly thicker platform I travel a lot, and these are just perfect for extended walking, they never cause blisters or hurt my feet. They are lightweight and superbly comfortable. I’ve had tons of compliments on them, friends often ask where I got them. I always recommend Zappos - quick delivery, fabulous customer service.

Love these lightweight shoes for everyday wear. They have a lightly cushioned removable insole. I have narrow feet and replace them with a more cushioned insert that gives me a tighter feel with extra arch support. Very nice color options and easy to travel with.

I love this shoe. First I ordered my normal size - 10. It was way too tight so I returned & ordered an 11! I have never worn this size. But when I tried the 11, it is still too tight on my foot with a bunion & I did not know if the shoe would stretch to accommodate it.

I love the shoes and they are extremely comfortable. Very happy with purchase.

This is my 2nd pair of the Ilse Jacobsen Tulip shoes, & I can’t recommend them highly enough. They are butter soft, supremely comfortable & just look fabulous. If you are on the fence, don’t hesitate, just buy them!
