Ordered 7WW - length was fine. Width - Tight in toe box & wide heels, so shoes slips off heels. Munro used to make shoes with larger toe boxes an slimmer heels 10+ years ago. It would be nice if they would return to making them that way again.

I wear a 12 N with a 4 A heel and low instep making it nearly impossible to find a fit that will stay on my foot. Unfortunately, this shoe didn't work for me. The heel slipped so much I walked right out of the shoe! There was also an uncomfortable seam in the top of the heel that I wouldn't have been able to wear them even if they did stay on my feet. They're being returned.

Munro makes a quality shoe, however the high back on the heel felt uncomfortable. The shoe was not streamlined enough for me and came up too high in the front so sadly, back they went. I was looking for a comfortable feminine ballerina shoe. Thank you Zappos for making the return so easy!

As usual, my new Munro shoes fit well, are comfortable out of the box, and look good. I wore them for the first time yesterday. At the end of the day they were just as comfortable as when I first put them on.

Very cute shoes and fit my feet so well! Love the color and the style. So nice to have a comfortable pair of shoes to wear that are not sandals. I found the fit spot on and love the longer vamp. I also ordered them in black and expect to get a lot of wear with them.

Always pleased with Munro shoes that fit my big wide feet (11EE). This pair is no exception. Quality, comfort and style...all hallmarks of Munro.

A nice slipper with soft sole and comfortable too. I'm thinking the toe area might stretch a bit as it is a soft leather.. which would be a good thing in my case. No gapping around the top and sides on my foot. The bow makes it a bit dressier.

The shoes were exactly what I was looking for! I wanted a ballet flat, but 1. I have wide feet and 2. I have problems with my right ankle and foot that mean I need a solid sole with some arch support. Most of the ballet flats didn't come in wide and they just were too flexible in the sole. These are perfect. They have a great rubber sole for support and the covered wedge heel is my favourite, but I haven't been able to find a pair in years! If you are looking for a ballet flat that will fit and be comfortable all day, while looking stylish and not, "orthopedic," at all, this is the one you should buy!

I had to return these AA shoes as the heel was too wide. Also the style was just a bit old-fashioned looking. Fortunately Munro had another style which I liked and it fit much better.

I wear Munro all the time but this shoe was just uncomfortable. The heel was too big. i had to return them.

I think these ballet flats are adorable. I ordered my usual 10 N and found it was too pinched in the front of the shoe. So I ordered a 10.5 N and found that my heel started to slip. Sorry to say that I do not think this is the proper last for me foot. Many thanks to Munro for making shoes that give me options and, of course, to Zappos for making it easy for me to find the proper fit. So bummed to return these. Sigh ...

A nice style, but as often the case with Munro narrows, the shoe was loose in the heel (6 1/2 narrow). On the other hand, the ribbing around the top shoe edge dug into the top of the foot near the joint of the big toe. Unfortunately, had to be returned.
