I have been a Oofos fan for almost ten years, since I purchased my first pair of sport flex slip-on's years ago. I've also been buying members of my family your products for Christmas and birthday gifts, as we all love the overall comfort our feet get whenever we're wearing our favorite Oofos. Imagine my disappointment this month when I put on my brand new pair I received in the mail this week, and immediately noticed how stiff and hard they were, instead of being buttery soft like the others I'd purchased. My only guess is that because of the rising cost of everything today, you've had to cut some corners to remain competitive and profitable. Unfortunately your consumers are not going to be happy with this change. I hope that maybe I got a bad pair shipped to me. All the previous ones felt nothing like these, which could be compared to walking on tire tread. Please don't change your original Oofos recipe.

I would love them if they only stayed on my feet better. I have an high arch foot and I can't get them tight enough.
