Love the toe box spaciousness. Leather is great quality and seams are beautiful. Very comfortable sole for standing, walking and climbing ladders all day.

My company pays for them but they're my choice. I use them in construction. Thick sole that cushions for a lot of shovel work. On my feet several hours a day.

Great shoes

Love the boots, comfortable, good looking (" I have gotten several comments from people telling me they like the boots and ask me what brand they were", feel well made. Just took a few days to get used to lace ups, Iv'e worn wellington " pull on" type for around 30 years. I am pleased with the boots so far. if they hold up well I would buy another pair.

The quality of the boot is great. It is a comfortable boot to workin and wear as casual.

WEARS VERY WELL

I love these boots, I've owned no other brand since 2008. I had problems with my feet (plantar fasciitis surgery) and have not had any other problems. I have went through 3 pair, normal wear and tear. the boots hold up great. As long as you make them, I will buy and wear them!

These were bought as my tough work, hiking, and general kick around (steel toes and padded ankles) boot. Ready to wear. Needed no break in. Comfortable and light weight for this style of boot. Nicely made.

Intended for wear in a machine shop-but got laid off before I could really put them to the test. They make a great sturdy walking shoe,though,and I wear them daily on errands and walking for exercise.

I have been using the wrong boots for too long. They feel sturdy and secure and won't need break in period, they're ready for work.

I use these as a Motorcycle Riding boot as well as the daily work boot. The other night I had the chance to crash test this boot I can say that while the laces broke on the boot that came in contact with the ground my they did not come off my foot. The tip of the boot ground down to the steel toe shield and shows the quality of the leather. Ankle was not damaged and had no bruising or burn marks.(Have had burns on ankles from slides in the past.) Thanks Florsheim Only gripe I seemed to tie the laces all the time on this boot.

I am size 13 and the steel toes feel correct not the cramped "one size fits all" found in cheaper products.The past 8 years these boots have seen SEVERE service in construction. Gravel, wet concrete, hot asphalt, and road salt, in all types of weather. The only draw backs are the round laces can be tempermental, and when fueling trucks at the pumps, if there is fuel spilled on the concrete you are going for a ride. The only severe wear after 8 years is the padded insole. They no longer look "new" but still don't leak, and I have NEVER had a pair of boots last like these. These were a gift and I think I might start 2011 with a new pair. Thanks Florsheim.

I have owned my boots for about 6 months now and I will never buy another brand again. I have tried many others, but the day after I bought my boots, I wore them to "pizza party place", then to a home and garden show. After about 15 hours on my feet, the boots still felt wonderful.

I have used these boots for the past three years and can eaisly see atleast another three coming out of them. When first purchased they will be a little stiff and might make your feet hurt at first but given time and applying leather product they will soften up considerably. I've worn these working in sleet, snow, rain and blazing heat not to mention up to my ankles in water and kept my foot dry. When I get home from work I don't feel the need to jump right out of them. After three years of use the only wear is where I've scuffed up the toe (probably just from not buffing them enough anyway) and a few broken stitches at the top of the boot that only came around in the past couple of weeks and can be repaired. A great boot and a great buy. Highly recomended!

Been in construction for 25 years these are the most comfortable boots I have ever owned.

This work boot is of great quality built to last, but is a bit heavy. Could be better if it were lighter, but without compromising comfort, quality, and durability.

I've only worn these boots for 2 weeks, but they look like I've worn them for 3 months. They are very scuffed and bruise easily. The leather is very soft and comfortable. I hope they last a long time before needing replacement. Will review again at end of life cycle of boots.
