I got these shoes for work and got them within a couple of days which was great. The shoes are super comfortable and what's great is that they have rubber on the bottom of the sole making them not slippery on the corridor at work. I will be buying them in other colors!

These are so beautiful --- I didn't think I would wear them enough to justify the purchase. But they would be a nice splurge.

Beautiful shoe! The navy is more of a brighter color of blue and not the dark inky color. The shoe was very complimentary to my narrow size 10 foot. The quality is excellent. I am however returning the shoe as the heel seems taller than expected.

I love the style. I normally wear a 9, but I ordered a 9.5, which was a good thing. So I recommend that you order up a 1/2 size.

I was so excited for these neutral snakeskin pumps. They are a bit too high of a heel for me to manage. Also worth noting that the design is actually printed fabric rather than synthetic leather, which I wasn't expecting. Still very cute on! I would've kept them but I knew I was tempting fate by ordering a 3" heel.

These are great looking shoes. I ordered them in my usual size and it was too big. Then I ordered a half size down and they were too tight. This Goldilocks would like to find the pair that was just right.

They are comfortable, but I think the style is just confusing.

I switch between 7.5 and 8. in this shoe the 8 fit best. the color is a deep navy, nice. the heel height is a shade past a true 3". i haven't worn the shoe for a long period of time but so far, the shoe is comfortable

I am happy with the look and the fit- they look great with a skirt, slacks too. Can be dressed up with cocktail dress. Very comfortable too!

Gorgeous shoes but these are nearly a 4-inch heel, which is too high to be comfortable for me. I’m returning them for a style with a lower heel.

These were too high to be comfortable for an entire day or evening of wear. Cute shoes though!

These are very comfortable but are kind of wide through the arch.

I am having to exchange this item as it runs big. It looks beautiful though and the color is terrific.

Love the midnight suede color & Im a huge Franco Sarto fan. But the pointy toe box was just too uncomfortable. I’m a size 9 - 9 1/2 narrow and got size 9 medium. The shoe actually had a slight gap in in the heel even though the toes were squished so I don’t think sizing up would’ve helped me. I wear a lot of chunky heels but I thought the combo of chunky heel with pointy toe just didn’t look right. Returning these & keeping Naturalizer Teresa Inky Navy Suede in 9 narrow. Fits perfectly!

I have very high arches so these had no arch support for me. I loved the color (navy) and style! They are beautiful! However, I'm usually a 7.5 medium in every shoe (except some athletic sneakers when I need to go up to a size 8 medium) and these were definitely too big. I looked like I was a kid playing dress up in my mom's shoes. Lots of room in the back. So for me I would've had to get them in a 7 medium but since they weren't as comfortable as the other similar shoe I ordered (Nine West Cara - same problem had to exchange for a 7M) I had to return. I do like this navy color better though, but I'm taking comfort over the color.

Great non slip bottom, beautiful shoe but has a very strong odor from the leather and pinch my toes.

Disappointed in quality... cheap materials and stitching was shoddy...not at all what is displayed in the ad. Not worth the price at all. I still love Zappos and will continue to be a loyal customer. :-)

I loved these shoes. HOWEVER, the toes of these shoes were BALD. I cannot believe they sent me these shoes. I sent them back the next day.
