I have had many years of wearing the 990v5 and I love them. First, they come in narrow which has always been a challenge to find. And second, each pair I've purchased has always fit! Never too wide or too narrow or too long or too short. Just perfect!

i am in love with these shoes. they're the only ones i want to wear right now. they're extremely comfortable and so chic. i am normally a 6.5 and wear a 6.5 in nike af1's for reference. i purchaed a 6.5 standard in these and they fit great! i definitely wouldn't go bigger, but i maybe could've gone down to a 6 but unsure since i ordered online. either way, they don't slip at all when i walk. so happy with them!

I've been trying to find my size for 3 mos. So glad to find it available. Color choices are limited. But glad to get a new pair. I've worn NB shoes for 18yrs. They are well made and comfortable.

Best sneakers I've ever owned, hands down. I bought Brooks for the last ten years but found out they are no longer made in USA. Did some research and found out that New Balance is the only major brand with a shoe made entirely in the USA. Got the shoes and was super impressed. They look ever better in person. They have a little black and grey USA emblem on the tongue and soft suede on the sides. Super stylish. They feel wonderful. I have a bad back and my back pain has subdued. Soles are so thick and well-fabricated it feels like I'm walking on a trampoline. They're great! I will always buy New Balance USA from here on out.

Well, i could always use more padding in the sole, but I do love the room there is for my toes, and increasingly bumpy feet. The attractive shoe and sturdy lacing is always good and i can clean them easily.

They are very comfortable. I usually wear a size 7 but for this style 6 1/2 is just perfect. This has been my go to sneakers. Totally love this purchase.

If you pronate when you walk, you're putting your knee out of alignment. You have to learn to walk all over again but baby steps! First, get these sneakers. They come with orthotics built right in. My PT is teaching me how to walk the proper way - heel, toe - well actually, heal, ball - and in these sneakers, it's a breeze. It's becoming second nature. And I notice that I'm not pronating. My knee feels better. Maybe I'm saving myself from a knee replacement. These v5's have the right amount of cushioning. They feel great. And it's FUN to walk in them.

The best thing about 990 that you can wear them both in sports or night out. So stylish and comfortable.

I have orthotics inserts and then fit perfectly into these! I'm having the best walks I've had if forever!

I have worn the 900 series shoes for many years now. I have a short wide foot so it is hard for me to find shoes that fit. These are comfortable and fit my foot perfectly. I am having my knee replaced soon so I wanted to get a new pair before the surgery. Love these shoes. Wish they weren't so pricey.

They are super cute, exactly the same as the photo and above all comfortable. I used them for trips and parks at Disney. In my case they run to size.
