This must have been my 20th pair of sneakers, searching for the right fit, color & style, but I finally found the right sneaker. I really appreciate how easy it is to return shoes to Zappos. I’m a narrow AA, with a 5AAA heel, & finding shoes of any kind is a real challenge. I normally wear an 8 1/2 in all my shoes, but the 9 fit perfectly. My heel does not slip & the toe box is not too big. My only complaint is that grey laces would look so much better!

These NB's are the most comfortable true to size walking shoe I've ever owned. Purchased the gray pair and the black pair, both in wide. Perfect shoe. Couldn't ask for more! Quality and U.S. MADE! WORTH EVERY PENNY LOVE THEM.

Love this shoe! I do a lot of walking so I need a shoe that is comfortable and supportive!
This is it! Love that it comes in a 10 wide but does not look big and bulky yet gives me the support I need!
The fact that it comes in gray, a versatile color is a bonus it goes with anything!

This is the fourth pair of this model that I've purchased. The colors are perfect for every jeans outfit; the shoe is very comfortable and gives me sufficient toe room. What will I do if I can't get this shoe anymore!

I am usually size 8.5 or 9, though I find my sneaker size is all over the map. (I own a few size 8's in order brands.) In this case, the 8.5 was a tad short. I should have gone with the 9.

These shoes are pretty much the only ones I wear. That is because with my extra wide feet, bunions, and plantar fasciitis, they are the only ones that do the job. I don't even think about wearing anything else. You won't be sorry.

I love this sneaker! I asked for wide width and that's exactly what I got! That made my toes soooo happy! I work in retail and the floors are concrete, no carpet. My shifts range from 4 to 8 hours, sometimes more! Bring on my feet for that long and especially on concrete, my feet and legs were in agony!
Ever since I got this sneakers, I don't have to soak my feet and use the foot massager, too, every night!

Love these shoes!..I have arthritis in hips and knees. They are really comfortable to walk in and very stable from side to side. I wish I would have bought a pair a few years ago. But now I have them and they are fantastic. Well worth the money.

I walk a lot and I have started having joint pain, and then a persistent pain in my left foot. I bought a more expensive pair of shoes (than NB) and they were very comfortable, they didn't help my foot. The 990v5 immediately relieved my foot pain and I will buy them in another color!!!!!!
I wear 91/2 and I could maybe use a 10. I would try your regular size first because I can't really say they "run small". But I could use a smidge more toe room.

I have lots of feet issues and the 900v5"s are so comfortable. They have a wider area around the toes and lots of cushion on the bottom. Super comfortable and I finally can enjoy taking walks and working out without any pain.
