I would definitely buy another pair of 997H New Balance shoes. They fit perfectly to size and feel great from your first time wearing them. There was no need to "break them in". I have worn New Balance shoes for years and would recommend them to anyone who asked.

They arrived two days earlier than anticipated, Easter Day actually! I opened the box, perfectly packaged, to a pair of shiny white shoes. These are so nice I could cry. They are my first NBs ever, so I'm excited to start wearing them. I ordered a 6.5 and though I was a bit afraid it might be too small, it fit just right. Usually, I bounce between a 6.5 and a 7. If you're on the fence about these gorgeous shoes, don't be!!

I purchased 2 pairs of this shoe in different colors. Both were one full size larger that what I usually wear. I reordered the white ones in a smaller size, and they fit perfect! I am a happy Zappos customer!!!! Thank You!!!!!

Pretty comfortable casual tennis shoe. Would not be great for working out, but is good for wearing around throughout the day. I like the support it provides (it doesn't have super flat insoles like many other casual sneakers). The shoes did squeak on some flooring the first few times I wore them, but that has gone away after wearing multiple times. Overall, I'm glad I purchased them and I wear them fairly often.

This is a very comfortable, yet trying-to-be-sporty-but-looking-more-orthopeadic shoe. Very comfortable tho, but at 44 I don't need an orthopedic look yet

I love these and I am sad I have to return them. They do fit true to size. I wear between an 8 and 8.5 and hoped I could get away with an 8.5 with my insoles for arch support. Nope. Still too much toe room and heel slippage. The insoles that come with the shoe are removable though just in case you were wondering. The black color looks slightly navy to me, but I think it's an illusion caused by the pink contrast.

I am very pleased with my NB purchase - a fan of NB, have worn this type of sneaker before - very comfortable - great for neighborhood walks or every day wear with jeans, shorts or whatever!! Happy feet
