Comfortable walking shoes with enough padding in the ball of the foot to help my foot pain from neuroma surgery

I use this shoe for workouts. More expensive than other manufacturers. I paid for two day shipping and it still took four days.

Love the American made shoes. Last pair of the same type only lasted 9 months. That's not long enough for the price. I hope these last longer or I'll have to rethink buying again.

I have had over the years maybe 10 pair of NB Made in the USA. I like them, they fit well , but if there could be an improvement I would like to see them last a little longer. I seem to get about 6 months out of a pair of two pair as I do rotate them.

I recommend this pair of shoes.

Use my New Balance 990s every day. Love the fit and wide toe box. However, the cost of almost $200.00 a pair with shipping is getting prohibitive. Don't know if this will be my last pair as I will look for less expensive alternatives next time.

Great walking shoes for someone with wide feet.

The rigidity of the shoe is good for me, especially in the front of the sole (toe), and it has a fair amount of cushioning. But the heel area in particular I find to be unusually roomy, and I am wishing I had purchased a narrower size. Styling is fine.

Would have preferred the all black shoe

999v5 are the best shoes I have ever purchased from New Balance. I have two pair of these 990v5 in black instead of grey color. I prefer the black colored ones.

decent shoe but way too much money for cheap quality.

Thankfully they fit pretty well as I had to get a size 11 extra wide rather than an 11 1/2 wide. Next time, I'll go to the store, on3rd Ave

wish i got a 10.5 but it's a chill shoe

I'm a carpenter, so I'm on my feet at a fast pace ALL day. I'm pushing 300lbs so these shoes keep a lot of pressure of my heel and they're incredibly comfortable and lightweight. Only reason is not 5 stars is because they're not leather so some water so toes sometimes get wet, but I'd still rather wear them over my other leather shoes.

Have about 20 miles on these walking sneakers , not bad took a little to get used to , still feel they are little stiff . Much heavier than what I had been wearing ( Hoka) . Hoping these will last longer , walk about 3.5 to 4 miles a day . Good support

Sneakers are very comfortable and long lasting. They are a bit pricey for the value.

Well made sneaker with support for arches and heels. But the main reason I paid the high price was to get the 4EEE width, not generally available in the less expensive NB offerings at LL Bean
