the shoe was big. the wide straps hit my ankle bone. Could not keep them.

Cute and comfortable. I like that the closure is velcro rather than a true buckle. The footbed seems nice and soft.

Purchased these shoes to wear in Italy. I have averaged 17,000 steps a day and they look great with sundresses! These were 1 of 2 pairs of shoes I brought along. So comfortable and stylish!

This sandal is extremely comfortable and stylish. The straps feel soft and pliable with no rubbing at all.

This is a cute comfortable shoe for someone. I do not have narrow feet, especially in the toes, yet the strap across the toes was loose right out of the box and I figured it would only stretch over time. In addition, the wide ankle strap cut into my ankle a bit. If there had been just one fit issue, I probably would have kept them because they are cute and have a very comfortable footbed.

Very cute shoe, comfortable, and i imagine good for travel, walking about. However, the color (bronze) of the fore-strap, is too gold for me. Otherwise a nice shoe.

Love, love, love this sandal! They look very stylish and are extremely comfortable especially when you have narrow ankles and feet. The footbed is very soft and supportive. The buckle is fake. It covers a velcro closure. I own two pairs of these sandals and both were worn all day straight out of the box.

It has been difficult for me to find a stylish comfortable sandal, but this was it. I’d actually like to have the metallic as well.

These sandals are both stylish and very comfortable. I just took them on a trip to wine country and they worked with jeans, capris and a dress. The padded sole is nice for walking. I was surprised by the Velcro closure but now whenever I get compliments I just say “and guess what - super easy to wear!” That feature has turned out to be a bonus - making the sandals just that much easier to kick on and off.

The fit was excellent and provided some degree of ankle support. In my opinion, the shoe runs true to size. The wide band across the front is stylish, and so is the platinum tone, which adds a smidgeon of bling without being tacky.

I love these sandals! They are comfortable...very stylish. I love the mix of pewter and black. Makes them a bit more dressy to wear with cute summer dresses yet are still very comfortable.

Love these shoes! The foot bedding is perfect for a sandal with some support! The material is also very comforting and has some cushion! They feel like an orthopedic shoe, but not sacrificing style!

Hit my ankle bones with the wide straps so this was no good for my foot. Be mindful of that when ordering.

I wanted these shoes to love me back but they were too narrow.

The wide strap around ankle rubbed against my ankle bone and it was uncomfortable.

I like the velcro fastened buckle--strap could have been a bit longer though to completely cover the velcro when closed. I'm keeping the shoes anyway. The fit otherwise is good and there is some support .

Love Sofft shoes! Ever since recovering from plantar fasciitis, I find these shoes helpful. Love the fit, the quality. I was looking for a gray/silver pair of sandals and thought I'd try these in anthracite. Unfortunately the look wasn't for me--they were a bit more taupe than gray, and way to shimmery for me.

These sandals are gorgeous. However, one of my feet must be a slight bit smaller because I cannot adjust the strap enough to keep the sandal snug. This is not normally a problem with other shoes / sandals but for some reason, I cannot make this work and given that they are sandals there is really not a way to compensate (with an insert).

My fault did not realize it was velcro. Velcro cones apart if bend foot too much. Felt like the shoe would pop off. Am paying a shoe repair to add a buckle so I can walk long distances without worrying about the velcro coming apart.

I wanted to love these sandals because of arch support, but the 9M felt too big and the 8.5M felt too short. So sorry

While the footbed is wideish, the ankle strap is very tight. Not for people with thick ankles. Also, I stepped right out of the Velcro the first time I tried these on.

Argh! So cute but may have to return. Soft footbed, all that’s great but little to no arch support. To be fair you could probably drive a truck under my arch they’d so stinkin high. But still, was hoping for a bit more in that department :(

The minute I put these o. I k ew they were exactly what I wanted. Fit perfectly. Adjustable Velcro able strap is great. Toe strap was just the right width & placement. I also love the luggage color and the buckle adds just enough style to wear casual or slightly dressy.
